Many of Las Vegas' top performers will resume their shows after a day of mourning for the victims of a mass shooting there Sunday.

The Blue Man Group, comedian-magicians Penn & Teller, magician David Copperfield, singer Wayne Newton, comedian Eddie Griffin and the male stripper group Chippendales all return to their stages Tuesday night.

"Obviously there was a time to grieve and show proper respect and all of that for those that were affected by this incredible tragedy," Newton told TMZ.

"But if performers have been given any talemt at all by the man upstairs, it is to bring happiness to people who need to get away from their own worries and things that are going on in the world and come to a place and be entertained and find a moment of happiness."

But not all performers scheduled in Vegas will return just yet.

Snger and actress Jennifer Lopez was scheduled to perform three shows at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas this week, but those dates will now be rescheduled.

And country music star Jason Aldean, who was playing a concert when the massacre began, said Tuesday that several upcoming shows will be canceled.

"As a result of what happened in Las Vegas this week, we have decided to cancel this coming weekend's shows," Aldean wrote on Twitter.
