The Bachelorette star Clare Crawley and the widely-reported winner of her heart, Dale Moss, are reportedly still in love and going strong in their relationship post-show.

Clare fell in love with The Bachelorette bachelor Dale, a 32-year-old model and former college basketball and football player from Brandon, SD, only 12 days into filming The Bachelorette's sixteenth season and so she quit the show prematurely in order to pursue a relationship with just him, according to Life & Style.

The magazine reported in August that Dale proposed marriage to Clare and the couple is now engaged, and according to a source, the pair are still in the honeymoon phase of their relationship.

Clare and Dale are "still very much together and in love," a source told Life & Style.

However, Clare and her man are reportedly "keeping their relationship off the radar" and not appearing in public together since The Bachelorette doesn't even premiere its new season until Tuesday, October 13 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.

"But they speak all the time and are going strong," the source added.

Dale was one of the original group of 32 prospective bachelors ABC announced in March before The Bachelorette season was postponed at the last minute due to the coronavirus pandemic and the casting process was extended so more guys could submit applications.

Reports have swirled Clare communicated with Dale and got to know him before production of The Bachelorette commenced, but Clare's good friend and The Bachelor alum Michelle Money has denied that was the case.

Clare reportedly began filming Season 16 of The Bachelorette at La Quinta Resort & Club  in Palm Springs, CA, on July 18.

According to Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone, Clare gave Dale the coveted First Impression Rose on Night 1.

Clare allegedly fell so hard and fast for Dale that she even "refused to come out of her room" at one point to film dates with other men.

After Clare ended her time on The Bachelorette early to be with Dale, production was reportedly left scrambling over how to handle the situation and "pick up the pieces," but they ultimately replaced Clare with The Bachelor alum Tayshia Adams and tried to mix up the cast so Tayshia would have enough bachelors -- including fresh guys -- to choose from.

News of Tayshia's participation first shocked the world on July 31 when a spoiler about her replacing Clare was posted on Reddit and then Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone tweeted there was "some serious validity" to the posting.

Entertainment Tonight subsequently confirmed on August 3 that Tayshia was the new star of The Bachelorette but Clare's short journey to find love will also be featured on the show when it airs this fall.

Us Weekly had reported producers began tracking down some of the 42 potential suitors -- who were announced in July as a revised list of candidates from the original 32 men unveiled back in March -- to come back and film for Tayshia given they had already quarantined amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tayshia was subsequently spotted and photographed taping the show in a sexy bikini, and reports surfaced Clare was being "kept" at The Bachelorette resort while Tayshia filmed and Dale was elsewhere. Dale was spotted hanging out in his South Dakota hometown in early August.

The Bachelorette host Chris Harrison teased in late August that Clare and Tayshia had completed filming Season 16 because he was back home.

Chris wrote on Instagram at the time, "It's safe to say this season will be twice as good as any other!"

Although The Bachelorette typically airs on Monday nights every year, Dancing with the Stars is airing on Monday nights instead, so The Bachelorette will air on Tuesday nights this year.

The Bachelorette was supposed to begin filming in March and premiere on May 18, but global health restrictions in light of the coronavirus pandemic had shut down nearly all Hollywood productions.
