The Bachelorette alum Andrew Spencer has revealed if he's interested in dating Katie Thurston again now that her engagement to fiance Blake Moynes has ended and the pair split.

One day after Katie and Blake announced their breakup, Andrew took to his Instagram Stories on Tuesday and posted a meme of the letter -- which resembled a Date Card -- he had left Katie moments before exiting The Bachelorette's seventeenth season in fifth place.

Andrew's original letter read, "If you change your mind... I'll be waiting."

The meme showed the first half of Andrew's letter, "If you change your mind...," but a fan wrote over the rest, "Ima leave my door open.."

Andrew, 26, added Bruno Mars' sensual song "Leave The Door Open" to his repost and captioned it, "OKAY THIS IS FUNNY."

However, Andrew confirmed in small print at the bottom of the image, "That chapter is closed for everyone in my DMs asking," referencing a possible reconciliation with Katie."

Seemingly in regards to Katie and Blake's split, the pro football player concluded, "I wish them both well."

Katie, 30, denied Andrew a rose at the Rose Ceremony preceding hometown dates, but he returned the next morning and visited Katie's hotel room, hoping to end their romance on a happy and positive note.

Katie already didn't feel confident in her decision to let Andrew go, and once she saw his brief but sweet letter, she apparently did change her mind and proceeded to chase after Andrew.

After running down several staircases, Katie asked Andrew through tears if he'd like to stay on the show longer.

Andrew, however, rejected Katie's invitation and voluntarily departed since he already felt behind Katie's pack of bachelors and didn't want to get dumped again and experience another heartbreak on the show.

Andrew commented on Katie and Blake's split on Monday by writing two black heart emojis on the wildlife manager's Instagram post, which was a joint statement both Blake and Katie had posted on their respective accounts.

The Bachelorette Season 17 star and Blake, who proposed to Katie after she selected him as her final bachelor when the season's finale aired on ABC in August, claimed they had decided to go their separate ways "with mutual love and respect" because they are "not compatible as life partners."

And according to a source, Katie and Blake did not call it quits for any "bad reason," Us Weekly reported.

"They just couldn't make the long-distance [relationship] work," the source explained, adding, "[Katie] didn't want to put on a facade if they truly weren't on the best terms."

Andrew's apparent lack of interest in reuniting with Katie may come as a surprise to some fans since he seemed devastated by their The Bachelorette breakup.

The cousin of The Bachelorette alum Clay Harbor had told Us in July that leaving Katie made his heart "sink" and her decision to chase after him essentially "[sucked] the wind out of" his lungs.

"It doesn't really show in the season, but [there] was definitely something [between us]," Andrew said at the time.

The athlete elaborated, "I think she knew what we had. It's f-cked up in a breakup situation [that] you're sitting here defending her, but at the same time, I just know her heart. I know what we had was real."

Andrew had also written on social media following his departure that Katie had reassured his "belief in love."

Katie and Blake's breakup announcement came only days after Katie admitted she had been "totally winging" her relationship with Blake following their televised engagement.

"I'm, like, totally winging my life right now," Katie had told the magazine.

During the interview, Katie -- who originally competed for Matt James' heart on The Bachelor's 25th season -- had sounded somewhat indifferent about her relationship with her fiance, who competed on The Bachelorette's sixteenth edition before meeting Katie.

"We're figuring it out," Katie had said. "We don't know. This is very new to us still. I'm just focusing on myself, he's focusing on him, and if we work doing that, great."
