The Bachelor star Peter Weber eliminated Kelley Flanagan and Natasha Parker, which determined his Final 4 bachelorettes, after telling Madison Prewett he was "falling in love" with her during Monday night's Season 24 broadcast on ABC.

"I have no idea why I am in this car, but Peter made this decision and that's that. Does it suck? Yeah. Do I agree with it? No. I question his intentions because I just don't really know what phase he's in in life. The women left are like little babies, like, are you a child or are you an adult?" Kelley said following her ouster.

"But clearly [Peter] doesn't agree. If he's not able to sit there and make decisive decisions and stuff like that, then that's on him. I don't really want him to waste my time either. Thank you for not coming and meeting my family."

Peter's Final 4 bachelorettes are therefore Madison, Hannah Ann, Victoria F., and Kelsey Weier.

The Bachelor broadcast began with Peter and his remaining six bachelorettes arriving in Lima, Peru for a week of dates and Peter's mother Barbara advising him through video chat to believe what's in his heart and be honest with himself in choosing his Final 4 bachelorettes for hometown dates.

Peter admitted his greatest fear on the show was to fall hard for a woman and invest his heart in a relationship, only to have the woman blindside him by not being on the same page.

Peter therefore set out to determine whether the women left truly cared for him and wanted to be with him.

Peter was then shown meeting up with Kelley, Natasha, Madison, Hannah Ann, Victoria F., and Kelsey at their hotel suite. Peter asked the bachelorettes to be honest about what they want and only stick around if they could truly envision a future with him.

The ladies realized it was "make or break" for all of them with hometowns right around the corner, but Madison, Hannah Ann and Kelsey all insisted they were ready for marriage at this point.

Madison, however, told the women she needed to have a conversation with Peter about what their future would look like to make sure they want the same things in life and love.

Natasha said Peter was well aware she was upset about not having received a one-on-one date yet, but the first Date Card in Peru went to Madison.

Madison goes on a one-on-one date with Peter

For their date, Peter and Madison explored a local fishing village, and Peter was really looking forward to this quality one-on-one time since they hadn't spent much time alone in weeks.

Peter said he and Madison had "natural chemistry" and they got along so well. He could picture Madison becoming his best friend and partner in crime in life, saying it just felt so good and right to be close to her.

"I definitely think Madison is the total catch, and I can for sure see a future with her," Peter told the cameras.

"I know myself and I know how quickly and strongly I can fall for someone. But as strongly as I feel for Madison, I'm not going to get hurt again."

Madison assured Peter while on a boat that she saw a future with him and he shouldn't have any fears about her or their relationship. Madison didn't want Peter to doubt her, and he said hearing that validation felt great.

Peter and Madison sprawled out on the boat and kissed in each other's arms.

Meanwhile, Kelsey told Hannah Ann at the hotel Madison is "very religious" and her faith is important to her.

Kelsey said Madison was looking for a husband who would be the spiritual leader of her family and share similar beliefs, so Kelsey wasn't sure that aspect of her life would line up with Peter's values and vision.

Natasha also learned she'd be accompanying Peter on the next one-on-one date of the week. Natasha was so excited to have Peter all to herself for a day that she didn't even care what their date was going to entail.

Back on Madison's date, she said she "freakin' loved" how real, vulnerable and raw Peter seemed to be, but she felt the need to be totally honest with him about her desires for marriage.

At dinner that night, Madison -- who believes what is meant to be will be -- told Peter her heart was taking over but her family is her "whole entire world." Madison wanted a man who embodies similar qualities and characteristics to her father, who truly loves her mother.

Madison said her father's strong relationship with the Lord was the reason why he's able to love his family so well. Madison therefore told Peter her faith is her whole life and who she is.

"In a marriage, I want someone who also has that relationship with the Lord and loves that about me and wants to raise a family in that way," Madison explained.

"And I do want to know we're able to be on the same page with that and just push each other in that way and grow in that way together."

Peter said he wanted a family more than anything one day and hoped to be a great role model for his children.

Peter said he loved Madison's strong faith and was raised in a Christian household. Peter admitted his faith could be stronger -- and he struggled with that at times -- but she inspired him and religion is definitely important to him.

"It's scary as hell for me, but I feel so good about you that I know that I'm falling in love with you," Peter told Madison.

Madison was so glad Peter said that and admitted she really needed to hear it. Madison gushed about being so happy and on Cloud 9, and the bachelorette said Peter seemed to be the guy who values faith and family and wants to be pushed and challenged to be better.

Peter then gave Madison a rose, saying it would be an honor to meet her family in Alabama.

Peter told the cameras he got lost with Madison and wanted to share nights like these with someone like her over and over again.

"I'm crazy about her. I'm definitely falling in love with Madison right now, and it feels so good," Peter said in a confessional.

Natasha goes on a one-on-one date with Peter

The next day, Peter embarked on a one-on-one date with Natasha. While their relationship had been a slow burn, Peter noted it's about how strong the love is once a couple has reached that point.

Peter therefore didn't write off Natasha even though their connection was clearly behind what he had with Madison.

Peter and Natasha visited the Plaza de Armas, the birthplace of Lima and the city's cultural center. They spent a day shopping, eating and having fun.

Natasha felt great with Peter and was really happy to be alone with him. She felt a connection and believed they'd fall in love if they continued down the same path.

While enjoying lunch, Natasha told Peter she hadn't brought a man home in four years and her last serious relationship ended because the guy admitted she was "too intense" for him.

"I know he has connections with other people, but I know he believes in that one true love -- that person that is just perfect for him -- and I just hope I am that person," Natasha said in a confessional.

Meanwhile, a Date Card arrived at the ladies' hotel room and Hannah Ann, Kelley and Victoria F. learned they'd be going on a three-on-one date with Peter.

Victoria F. said she didn't feel confident in her relationship with the pilot and really needed time alone with him.

That night, Peter said he got along very well with Natasha but didn't take going to a woman's hometown lightly. Peter therefore started to compare his relationships and realized he was falling in love with Madison and simply "wasn't there yet" with Natasha.

Peter set out to be honest with himself and Natasha at dinner.

Natasha said she felt safe and connected to Peter but he needed to see those same things in her as well. Natasha wanted introducing a man to her family to be "special," so she asked Peter how he felt about that.

Peter told Natasha he could feel potential with their relationship, but there was clearly something off with him. While Natasha had a lot of the qualities Peter wants in his future wife, he acknowledged to the cameras it felt like they had more of a friendship than romantic chemistry.

"I owe you all the honesty you've given me, and with the other relationships I have and the point that I'm at with them, I can't give you this rose. And I'm so sorry about that," Peter told the bachelorette.

"That's too bad," she replied.

Peter told Natasha that he hoped she would find true love in her life and he might have waited too long in the process to give their relationship a real chance.

Peter felt "so bad" sending Natasha home, but he was missing that flutter in his heart for her. Peter said he couldn't force a connection this far along in his journey to find love and so he had to be "brutally honest" with the women.

The process was becoming very difficult for Peter, who had every intention of following his heart going forward.

"Yes, it was unexpected. Yes, it sucks. Could things have worked out great between us? I thought so," Natasha said in her final words. "But does he think so? The answer is 'no.' We're not on the same page, so."

Kelsey goes on a one-on-one date with Peter

The following day, Peter and Kelsey enjoyed a one-on-one date in which they rode ATVs through the Peruvian mountains and countryside.

Peter thought Kelsey was beautiful and tended to get lost in her eyes, but he told the cameras he needed to figure out if she could be his future wife.

Kelsey felt a little uncomfortable on her own ATV because it was a bumpy ride, but Peter kept checking on her to make sure she was okay. He loved exploring and getting lost with Kelsey in the clouds.

The couple then climbed up high and fell into each other's arms in the grass.

Peter asked Kelsey what she envisioned their future together looking like, and Kelsey said she'd like to work a couple of days a week but also stay home with their children because it's important to spend time with them and be involved in their lives.

Kelsey wanted to pursue her own passions and purpose while being a mother.

Kelsey said this was the best date she had ever been on and if Peter eliminated her, she'd be devastated.

Meanwhile, Kelley thought Peter and Kelsey had a very emotional and deep connection that Peter, being a hopeless romantic, probably liked.

Back on Kelsey's date, which progressed into a nice dinner, she apparently had a family secret to reveal. Kelsey shared that her mother is very sweet and will go "above and beyond" for Peter but her father will not be there because her parents are divorced.

Kelsey said her father had reached out to her after she won Miss Iowa USA but their relationship didn't progress because she had noticed there were "red flags."

Kelsey apparently asked her father why he left the family when she was in middle school and he didn't have a good reason other than saying God told him to do it, which Kelsey believed was a cowardly excuse.

After not hearing from her father in years, Kelsey told Peter she had received a text from her dad about a year before her appearance on The Bachelor. She was going through a difficult time then and wondered if her father reaching out was a sign.

"I went and saw him. My sisters didn't want to go and we had a really good conversation. We have been in communication since, but the issue is my mom doesn't know," Kelsey disclosed.

"The reason for that is I want to make my own decision about the relationship I want to have before I involve family or tell them. I don't want outside influences to dictate my relationship with him."

Kelsey didn't think her father would be brought up during the hometown visit, but she wanted to be honest with Peter so he'd never feel uncomfortable in case something happened.

Peter told Kelsey he was inspired by her and thought it was "beautiful" she was willing to give her dad a second chance and pursue a relationship with him.

It was obvious to Peter that Kelsey was so sure about what she wanted and her view of love hadn't been tainted. Kelsey told Peter that she never wanted to settle and hoped to find her equal.

Kelsey said Peter has qualities she had been searching for in a life partner but had yet to find. She was falling for the Bachelor, but those feelings scared her.

Peter assured the bachelorette that she shouldn't be afraid, and so he offered her the date's rose. Peter said he had an "amazing" time with Kelsey and they really connected on a deep level, which he truly valued.

"I admire your strength and your grace and quite frankly I don't feel that's shown enough in the world we live in today. That's such a beautiful quality and a quality I'm looking for in the woman I want to spend the rest of my life with," Peter told Kelsey.

Kelsey gushed about how she was "so pumped" to take Peter home. It meant the world to her that Peter wasn't running for the hills after he found out about her family troubles.

Peter told the cameras his relationship with Kelsey was "mature" and "not conventional."

Kelley, Hannah Ann and Victoria go on a three-on-one date

Afterward, Kelley said she was annoyed to be stuck on a three-on-one date because it was "a waste of time." She called Hannah Ann and Victoria F. "children."

Victoria F. feared Peter didn't like her anymore, and Hannah Ann was also worried whether their connection was strong enough. But Kelley kind of laughed things off and just called the situation "weird."

Kelley didn't think Hannah Ann was in the right phase of her life to be in a relationship at 23 years old, and she added Victoria F. was always "breaking down and crying."

"All in all, [Victoria F.] is a hot mess, and I think [Peter] sees that and so I should be fine," Kelley told the cameras.

Kelley, Hannah Ann and Victoria F. accompanied Peter to a 250-year-old hacienda with a beautiful chapel, fit for a wedding. There were beautiful gardens and vineyards in sight.

Peter pulled Hannah Ann aside for a chat first, and she felt a lot of stress and pressure.

Hannah Ann said the week had been really difficult for her and she didn't want to tell him goodbye. Peter said he always saw the "all good side" of Hannah Ann, which worried him, because life isn't always that way.

Hannah Ann explained her lack of emotion was probably because she felt so confident in her relationship with Peter. Hannah Ann then read a list she had written for Peter of the things she loved about him and their relationship.

Hannah Ann told Peter there's no one else like him, and he thought the list was really sweet.

When Kelley talked to Peter, she said it bothered her that she wasn't able to go on a second one-on-one date with him. Kelley said she liked Peter and things added up for them.

Kelley said not every relationship has to involve jumping through hurdles and being hard. She said romance can be easy and fun, and she clearly believed their relationship was that way.

But Kelley insisted their relationship was more than just fun, and she thought they were the best match out of the group. Kelley wanted Peter to get rid of all the drama and just be with her.

Peter then had a conversation with Victoria F., and he admitted he was confused and felt they had left things off in a weird spot.

Victoria F. told Peter he was "always in a mood" when they were together and it was "extremely frustrated." She said she didn't want to move forward if their time together was always going to be this way.

"What did I do?" Victoria F. asked.

"It's like you're attacking me," Peter said. "I'm not in a mood. I do feel like you have given me reasons to doubt, and I've tried my best to move past those... I'm being completely honest and fair."

Peter told Victoria F. she always pushed him away, but she promised the Bachelor she was committed and just having a hard time. Victoria F. expressed how she was afraid of getting to the end and losing him, saying it would be easier to not have him in the first place.

Peter assured Victoria F. he would never string her along or lead her on.

The bachelorette was "mortified" after their conversation, and Kelley thought Peter had an easy decision.

"Look at me, I'm an attorney. And the other girls, what are they?! I'm ready for the rose! Give it to me," Kelley told the cameras.

Peter then sat down with the three ladies and said his decision was an easy one and he wouldn't need a dinner to make his choice.

Peter grabbed a rose and asked to speak with Victoria F. again privately, which resulted in him offering the bachelorette a hometown date.

Kelley was happy in thinking Peter was sending Victoria F. home, but that clearly wasn't the case.

Victoria F. was so glad Peter wanted to continue their relationship, and she gave him a huge hug. The pair agreed their "unique" romance -- which had been tested -- was a little crazy, but they both still loved it.

Victoria F. left in a car with her rose, and then Hannah Ann and Kelley realized one of them was going to be ousted from the running for Peter's heart.

Peter sends Kelley home

Peter sat down next to Hannah Ann and Kelley and said he appreciated Hannah Ann's "sweet nature" and honesty. He therefore gave the model a rose and eliminated Kelley, although he had felt so much potential with her throughout his journey.

"This hurts me and this is so difficult," Peter said.

As Peter walked Kelley out, Hannah Ann bawled into her hands because she was clearly overwhelmed.

Peter admitted to Kelley he was holding on to why they had met before the show, wondering if fate had played a role in them meeting, but he was clearly missing something.

Peter felt he had made the right decision because he and Kelley just had a really good friendship. He didn't see potential for a lifelong, husband-and-wife type of relationship.

Peter was ready to meet his Final 4 bachelorettes' families, and he could definitely see one of them being his wife.
