The Bachelor star Arie Luyendyk Jr. and his fiancee Lauren Burnham have set a date!

Arie and Lauren revealed during a joint Wednesday appearance on The View they are getting married in early 2019 and will be exchanging vows in a destination wedding.

"We are very excited to tell you guys that we have booked a venue, and we are getting married in Hawaii on January 12, next year," Lauren, 25, said with a big smile.

"It's in Maui, it's at Haiku Mill, which is this beautiful, old world feel, with a lot of vines and greenery," Arie, 36, added. "It's not your typical, beach wedding. It's so pretty... Our plan just came together and we're excited."

The lovebirds -- who are living together in Arizona but traveling quite a bit -- also confirmed they will each say "I do" privately and off-camera.

"It's not on TV. Just, you know, a close group of friends. Probably 100 guests," Arie explained, although he and Lauren previously discussed tying the knot for a potential ABC special.

Arie and Lauren got engaged in March during his The Bachelor season's After the Final Rose special.

Despite the fast-paced timeline of Arie and Lauren's romance, neither individual seems to think they are rushing things.

"I think if we were able to get married tomorrow, we would... We're just really happy together, we vibe well together, we're best friends and we're excited for that next step," Lauren gushed on The View.

Arie, however, initially proposed marriage to Becca Kufrin on The Bachelor's 22nd season. He dumped her with cameras filming in January and then appeared to run back to reconcile with Lauren within a matter of days.

But Becca was chosen to star on The Bachelorette's fourteenth season, and she just revealed to People that she is happily engaged.

Arie and Lauren played coy when asked whether they've spoken to Becca recently, and it's possible the pair may have appeared on her The Bachelorette edition, which premieres Monday, May 28 at 8PM ET/PT.

"You guys will just have to wait and see," Lauren teased.

"You'll have to watch and find out," Arie said.

Also during their time on The View, Arie opened up about his decision to allow producers to tape his excruciating breakup with Becca. After all, it's likely fans will relive the moment when The Bachelorette returns.

"It was a big risk to do what I did, and I know it wasn't a popular decision, but it was a decision I had to make for myself, because at the end of the day, it's a TV show -- but this is the rest of our lives. And I knew Lauren was the person I was supposed to be with," Arie explained.

Arie also said there was no way to predict how bad the breakup was going to be ahead of time.

"As the Bachelor, you don't really know what's going to be shown or what's not going to be shown. Going into it, I think the biggest reason why I wanted it to be filmed was so everyone could see the story -- not only the good things but also the bad things, just because [after] the finale, there's always a lot of questions," Arie said.

"I think when Jason Mesnick changed his mind, he is happily married with kids and has a great life, and they didn't film anything, and I think fans were upset by that. So I really wanted everyone to see our love story."

Arie also claimed he never actually watched The Bachelor finale, and neither did Lauren.

"So we don't really know how that breakup looked on TV," Arie insisted. "But breakups are hard and I think everyone handles them in their own way. You open [yourself up] to that public scrutiny."

The pro racing driver and real estate agent added, "They say it was unedited, but it was edited, and you can't control that. You can't control what they show."

"My breakup was taped, everyone else's was [taped], and that's just kind of the name of the game," Lauren noted.
