The Amazing Race's Season 34 premiere date and new time period have been revealed by CBS.

On Wednesday, September 28, The Amazing Race will air a special 90-minute episode from 9:30-11PM ET/PT.
And then beginning on Wednesday, October 5, The Amazing Race will air in its new regular time period from 10-11PM ET/PT on CBS.
CBS made the announcement as part of unveiling its 2022-2023 Fall season schedule.
The cast of The Amazing Race's new season will be announced at a later date.
CBS announced back in late May that The Amazing Race and Survivor will both be returning and airing back-to-back on Wednesday nights this Fall.
The Amazing Race will once again be hosted by Phil Keoghan.
The Amazing Race's last edition debuted in early January and concluded with "Internet Personalities" Kim Holderness and Penn Holderness crossing the finish line in Los Angeles, CA, in first place and winning the $1 million grand prize.
The season took longer than usual to film due to a COVID-19 break, and once filming resumed, several teams dropped out of the running.

Kim and Penn defeated the runner-up team, "Flight Attendants" Raquel Moore and Cayla Platt, as well as the third-place finishers "Best Friends" Ryan Ferguson and Dusty Harris during the two-hour finale broadcast in early March.
