Rosalia released her album Lux on Friday, which she described as showcasing "maximalism" in an interview with Zane Lowe.
"I promised myself I was gonna make an album where I was going to finish the thought, finish the song, go all the way 'til the end," she added. "Motomami was minimalist. This is maximalism."
Motomami arrived in 2022.
Lux features 15 songs, including "Sexo, Violencia y Llantas," "Reliquia," "Divinize," "Porcelana," "Mio Cristo Piange Diamanti," "Berghain," "La Perla," "Mundo Nueo," "De Madruga," "Dios Es Un Stalker," "La Yugular," "Sauvignon Blanc," "La Rumba Del Perdon," "Memoria" and "Magnolias."
In "Reliquia," she sings about never being in possession of her own heart."I always hand it out. Take a piece of me. Keep it for when I'm away. I'll be your relic," she sings.
Lorde commented on Rosalia's previous Instagram post promoting the album.
