South Korean girl group Red Velvet topped the Billboard World Albums chart with its new release.

The quintet's album Perfect Velvet debuted at No. 1 on the weekly list, selling 2,000 copies in the week ending Nov. 23, according to The Korea Herald.

Red Velvet previously topped the chart this year with its EPs Rookie and Red Summer, which debuted in February and July, respectively.

The group also reached No. 1 with its album The Red in 2015.

Billboard confirmed only three other K-pop acts, B.A.P., GOT7 and BTS, have topped its world albums chart four times.

Red Velvet is the only female K-pop act to do so.

Perfect Velvet features nine songs, including the single "Peek-A-Boo." Red Velvet, which consists of singers Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy and Yeri, released a horror-themed music video for the song this month.
