Former Real Housewives of Miami star Joanna Krupa is officially divorced.
The 38-year-old television personality finalized her divorce from Romain Zago on Thursday after splitting from the nightclub owner in the spring, according to People.
"Joanna and Romain remain grateful for the years they spent together and wish each other nothing but continued happiness and success," Krupa's attorney Raymond J. Rafool told the magazine.
TMZ reported neither Krupa nor Zago sought spousal support. Sources said the pair split their assets evenly, with Krupa to keep their Los Angeles home and Zago to take their house in Miami.
"[We] wish each other nothing but continued happiness and success," Krupa told the website. She also responded to a fan on Twitter who said they were "sad" to hear of the divorce.
"But at least we remain very close despite it," the star tweeted.
Krupa filed for divorce in July after calling it quits with Zago in May. She said in legal documents that her marriage was "irretrievably broken," although her lawyer confirmed the split was amicable.
"Joanna and Romain successfully and amicably resolved all matters; both remain friends and desire the best for each other," her attorney told E! News at the time.
