Alexis Bellino is headed for divorce.

Jim cited irreconcilable differences for the split and listed "TBD" as their date of separation, according to Us Weekly.
He is requesting spousal support and joint physical and legal custody of their three children.
Bellino is parent to son James and twin daughters Melania and Mackenna with Jim. She shared a photo with her kids on Mother's Day in May.
