Garcia is expecting her second child with husband David Conrod in December, she told People.
Garcia gave birth to the couple's first child, Lucas Alexander Conrod, in March 2007.
The new pregnancy marks the fifth time that Garcia or fellow Project Runway judge Heidi Klum have been pregnant during the show's production.
"I am convinced there is something in the Project Runway water!" Garcia told People during her first pregnancy.
Project Runway's eighth season will premiere on Lifetime on Thursday, July 29 at 9PM ET/PT.
