Married at First Sight star Elizabeth Bice has unleashed her rage on Matthew Gwynne over the fact he didn't come home to his wife Amber Bowles or tell her his whereabouts for a 24-hour period.

During a recent episode of Married at First Sight's ninth season, Matt left his apartment one afternoon and didn't return home until the next day, and he apparently completely ignored Amber's calls and texts and didn't let her know where he was going or even just that he was safe.

Matt's actions left Amber in hysterics, crying all night about how her husband didn't care about her and she wanted nothing more than for her husband to just check in. Amber even had to take a sick day from work because she was so distraught.

"That was one of the most confusing scenes I think I've ever [seen]!" Elizabeth noted, squirming in her chair after viewing a clip of the incident during Wednesday night's episode of Married at First Sight: Unfiltered.

When Unfiltered host Jamie Otis asked Matt to explain himself, he simply said he "just went out and had a good time" and he and Amber obviously "didn't communicate properly."

Elizabeth threw her head back in frustration as Matt spoke and yelled out, "Okay, time out!"

"I can't hold this in any longer. I'm sorry, I just can't," Elizabeth said, before addressing Matt directly.

"I'm not trying to belittle your character. I'm not saying I'm perfect here on this seat right here, and I'm not putting myself on a soapbox. However, how do you treat a human being like that?!"

"Do you understand what you freaking do when you do that to someone?!" Elizabeth vented.

Elizabeth was so upset she began stumbling over her words, and then Matt pointed out it's not wrong to go out with his friends.

"No, not coming home, dude!" Elizabeth clarified of what Matt had done wrong in her eyes. "That's so f-cked up beyond. You barely know this girl and you're already making her feel like sh-t."

When Matt finally did return home to Amber after his night out with friends, the pair discussed why Amber's feelings had been hurt and why she got so upset.

Matt apologized and said he wouldn't let it happen again and would try harder to be a better husband, and it appeared to take no time at all for Amber to forgive him and move on.

Dr. Pepper Schwartz even said during a recent episode of Married at First Sight that Amber let Matt off the hook too easily.

"The sick part is that she just gets right back on top of you and thinks that it's normal," Elizabeth said, referencing how Amber straddled her husband and kissed him following their conversation.

"I can't even say anything else about that, like, I just don't understand how you can be a person on this earth and treat people like that -- like trash, just straight trash!"

Matt finally managed to get a few words in after Elizabeth's rant and said, "Tell me how you really feel! God."

"I just did," Elizabeth noted.

What wasn't mentioned in the Unfiltered broadcast was the fact Matt had also taken off without wearing his wedding ring, which Amber had discovered in the nightstand next to their bed.

Amber got the vibe Matt just wanted to be a single bachelor and have fun, but Matt insisted he had just taken his ring off to work out and forgot to put it back on.

"I don't care if you stay out until 2 or 3AM, but I wanted you to come home," Amber told Matt when they discussed the situation.

"That's something that can be fixed easily," Matt told his wife, adding that he was still learning Amber's expectations and what she wanted from him in their marriage.

"I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make this work... Whatever she wants from me, I will definitely do that for her, because I do care about her."

In addition to Amber, Matt, and Elizabeth, Married at First Sight's currently-airing ninth season also stars Elizabeth's husband Jamie Thompson, Iris Caldwell and her husband Keith Manley, and Deonna McNeill and her husband Gregory Okotie.
