Lifetime has announced the six strangers who will star on Married at First Sight's sixth season: Jaclyn Schwartzberg, Ryan Buckley, Molly Duff, Jonathan Francetic, Shawniece Jackson, and Jephte Pierre.

Like seasons past, Married at First Sight will chronicle three couples getting married, going on their honeymoons, moving in together, and conquering everyday struggles in life together.

After several weeks of working on their relationships, each pair must decide whether they'd like to stay together after the show or get a divorce.

Jaclyn, a 29-year-old teacher turned sales representative, will be shown marrying Ryan, a 29-year-old firefighter.

Molly, a 25-year-old commercial insurance adjuster, will be walking down the aisle to Jonathan, a 28-year-old U.S. Army veteran and financial associate.

And Shawniece, a 29-year-old entrepreneur and cosmetologist, will be shown exchanging vows with Jephte, a 26-year-old second grade teacher.

All of the singles live in Boston or its surrounding suburbs except for Shawniece, who is living in Providence, RI.

As previously announced, Married at First Sight will premiere Tuesday, January 2 at 9PM ET/PT, immediately after the Married at First Sight: Matchmaking Special at 8PM ET/PT.

Dr. Jessica Griffin, a Boston-based psychologist and professor who previously appeared on FYI's Seven Year Switch reality series, will join sociologist, Dr. Pepper Schwartz, and marriage counselor, Pastor Calvin Roberson, on Married at First Sight's panel of experts.

The experts match the couples based on their compatibility, desires, values and more. The experts will be shown counseling and mentoring these Season 6 couples on the show as they embark on married life together and meeting for the first time at the altar.

Jaclyn "grew up in a wonderful family, with two siblings and parents whose relationship she describes as 'perfect.' After the devastating and sudden loss of her boyfriend and the man she believed to be her soulmate almost two years ago, she hopes to find another man who she can connect with on the same level," according to Lifetime.

None of the men Jaclyn has dated compare to her late boyfriend, so she believes the experts could hopefully find her someone funny, passionate, and ready to commit.

Ryan is "surrounded by a loving family with three sisters and parents who were, and are still very much in love. He claims his childhood was the quintessential American dream and has the utmost respect and admiration for his parent's marriage," the network revealed.

Ryan loves serving the community and cooking for his buddies at the station, but he has yet to find "the one." Ryan is looking for a woman who is energetic, thoughtful and sincere. Ryan considers himself picky, but only because he never wants to settle in a relationship.

Molly "grew up surrounded by a loving family with her parent's marriage as a great example of what love and devotion look like. Sadly, her father passed away six years ago and as a result, she is closer than ever to her mother and two sisters," says Lifetime.

Molly is searching for a man who is funny, hardworking, and loyal. She has been in several long-term relationships over the past few years, but she's still looking for her perfect match. Molly claims to know exactly what she wants in a partner, and she hopes the experts find "the man of her dreams."

Jonathan grew up in Jacksonville, FL with his parents, who divorced when he was a teenager. Jonathan's mother, however, taught him to be independent and understand "the importance of compromise and unconditional love in a marriage," reveals the network.

Jonathan hopes to be paired with an energetic woman, who is also driven, funny and adventurous. Jonathan is viewed as a "pragmatic soldier" by his friends, but he admits to also having a romantic and sensitive side he's willing to share with the right girl.

Shawniece is the oldest of 10 brothers and sisters, and she loves having a big family. Her parents never married, but she witnessed a healthy marriage through her mother and stepfather.

Shawniece hopes to be with a man who is fun, determined, energetic, and has a sense of humor. She's looking for someone who will keep her grounded and never be lazy. She's apparently tired of dating men who aren't ready to settle down.

Jephte is the oldest of 14 children and there believes himself to be a natural leader. He took on the father role for his youngest siblings growing up.

"Although his parents are still together, he doesn't exactly admire their marriage and looks to others for relationship inspiration and advice," Lifetime says.

Jephte has found dating difficult, especially because he's not interested in a woman with baggage from a past relationship. He finds laziness to be a turnoff and wants to find a partner who is outgoing, mature, confident and absolutely ready to commit.
