It will be tough for Jason Wahler to pick-up women and get loaded with his buddies from behind bars, which is exactly where he's heading.  On Tuesday, a Los Angeles court sentenced the former Laguna Beach and The Hills star to two months in jail for the beating of two men.

Last September, Wahler was traveling in a car with friends when their vehicle was blocked by a tow truck that was trying to move an illegally parked vehicle, according to People.  However rather than patiently waiting for the tow truck to move, Wahler reportedly got out of the car and punched a tow-truck driver as well as a city employee.  Prosecutors also claim the 20-year-old used racial slurs against two of the victims who are African-American.

Wahler reportedly pleaded no contest to one count of battery, and in addition to jail, he must also attend a one-day program at the Museum of Tolerance as part of his sentence.

While it's certainly not an excuse, the reason for the September 2006 attack by Wahler may have had something to do with his blood alcohol level being at .22% at the time of the altercation.  However he surprisingly didn't learn his lesson, as Wahler was arrested again last Friday night in Greenville, NC for underage drinking and resisting a public officer.

According to TMZ.com, Wahler lied about his age when approached inside Rumors nightclub by members of North Carolina's Alcohol Law Enforcement Division. He claimed he wasn't carrying any identification at the time and was subsequently taken to Pitt County Jail early Saturday morning.  Wahler also reportedly shouted multiple obscenities throughout the booking process.

Wahler was released on $1,000 bond several hours later and is due back in court in April.
