"It's a really funny movie and I'm so glad to be a part of it," she said. "It's a film with universal themes. Everyone can relate to being bullied. Everyone can relate to wanting to fit in and being part of a clique. People relate to it. And it's genuinely funny. It's still funny."
Chabert has since starred in the Hallmark Channel movies "Family for Christmas" and "A Christmas Melody" and will next appear in "Acre Beyond the Rye" with James Caan. She is also slated to voice Nia Reynolds in "The Twilight Fairies."
