Kate Hudson candidly discussed her rumored love interest Nick Jonas and her new book, "Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body."
While promoting the self-help book, Hudson appeared on "CBS This Morning" on Tuesday and was asked by host Gayle King about Jonas during a lighting-round session.
"What would you like for us to know about Nick Jonas?" King asked. Share what you will."He's a great guy," Hudson replied. "He's a sweetheart."
When pressed about what the singer would say about her, the 36-year-old referenced a recent interview the singer gave mentioning "Apparently, that we have a really beautiful connection!"
Earlier this month Jonas was asked by Complex magazine if he had hooked up with Hudson replying "We had an unbelievable connection as two humans who just admire things about each other, and see something in each other that's beautiful. Out of my best effort to respect her and her privacy, I'm not going to say if we had sex or not. But we did have a beautiful connection. Even now I have so much admiration and respect. She's amazing."
Also on Tuesday, E! News caught with Hudson to discuss her first book and how it can help women discover the type of person they want to be. "I think women feel a lot of pressure to look a certain way, to be a certain way, to be a certain kind of mom," she explained before detailing chapters in her book about rediscovering sex following childbirth.
"Hormones are a funny thing. You have to sort of let it happen," she said before later adding, that its "not necessarily about sex as much as it is about your sensuality and feeling connected." That for women "it's more about what it feels like, that sort of flirtatious openness that you can feel, to have fun and sort of feel sexy, It's important."
