Jennifer Lawrence and Darren Aronofsky have reportedly split after a year of dating.

The 27-year-old actor and 48-year-old director recently called it quits after collaborating on the film "mother!," according to People.

E! News reported Lawrence and Aronofsky broke up in October. The pair still appeared together at the Governors Awards in Los Angeles on Nov. 11.

"It was amicable and they are still friends," a source said.

Lawrence had discussed her romance with Aronofsky in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter Awards Chatter podcast released on Monday.

"I had a crush on him when he pitched it to me," the star said of "mother!," "and that was like a year before we started rehearsing, but he was a professional, which only made it worse for me."

"We just kind of formed a friendship. He knew how I felt. He never told me how he felt. I mean, I assumed," she added.

"We just formed a friendship and then the friendship turned into a partnership for the movie, once we started working. And then once the movie was done, I was like, 'All right! You're my boyfriend.'"

Lawrence had confirmed her relationship with Aronofsky prior to the premiere of "mother!" in September.

She had nothing but praise for the director at the event, telling People she is "such a huge fan of all his work."
