ABC formally announced earlier this week The Bachelorette's Season 15 finale will air over the course of two nights and begin with three bachelors still in the running to receive Hannah's final rose and be picked as her winner.

The Bachelorette finale will air on Monday, July 29 and Tuesday, July 30, with both broadcasts airing from 8-10PM ET/PT.

"I mean, have I disappointed you yet?!" Hannah teased of her season finale during an interview with Access. "If we're having a two-night After the Final Rose, there's probably a reason, because it's juicy!"

Hannah said the finale -- which ABC teased will reach "a stunning" and "history-making" conclusion -- will tug at the heartstrings.

"I've had an emotional journey so far, and so it's going to be an emotional ending. I feel like that was selling [it]!" Hannah shared.

The Bachelorette finale is expected to begin with Tyler Cameron, Jed Wyatt and Peter Weber waiting to receive roses at the Rose Ceremony in Crete, Greece that followed Hannah's round of overnight Fantasy Suite dates.

Viewers are hoping Hannah finds love and picks the right guy.

While Hannah declined to reveal whether that was actually the case during her interview with Access, she admitted the show "definitely" aged her about five to 10 years.

"But in the best way," Hannah noted.

"I've grown so much. I learned a lot about myself. I found power in my weakness, strength in my weakness, because I will never stand here and say I didn't make mistakes. I totally made some mistakes, but I had some victories too -- and I will pump my fists to those victories."

Hannah felt proud of herself for owning up to "those times where I was weak."

"But that's what people can really identify with, because we're human. But that's where you grow. And so I'm really proud of everything I experienced -- the good and the bad," Hannah explained.

"But man," she continued, "those few months really did a number!"

"I'm going to have to start getting lots of [plastic surgery]," she joked. "No, not really."

ABC also teased Hannah will be torn between her heart and her head in the finale, which will be "gut-wrenching" and "unpredictable."
