Dancing with the Stars contestant Hannah Brown has revealed what her The Bachelorette runner-up, Tyler Cameron, said to her when they bumped into each other at the 2019 People's Choice Awards.

"He just asked about dancing," Hannah, 25, told Us Weekly of her brief interaction with Tyler on Sunday.

"I told him I'm focused on that... That was [a] really quick little 'hi.'"

Hannah and Tyler, 26, apparently exchanged pleasantries shortly before the live awards show kicked off.

"I actually saw him and his mom and I said hello to them," Hannah previously told Us. "I think it's really sweet that he brought his mom."

Hannah, however, insisted she wasn't nervous about the idea of seeing her ex again while getting ready for the big night.

"I think I have so much going on right now. I mean, I came straight from practice for the show tomorrow," Hannah explained, referencing her current stint on Dancing with the Stars' 28th season.

"So there's no place for nerves, and honestly, I'm just really focused on myself right now and I'm just really glad that I am able to be here and to celebrate the nomination of the award."

Hannah, Tyler and The Bachelor's Season 23 star Colton Underwood -- who dumped Hannah on his season and ended up with Cassie Randolph as his girlfriend -- were all nominated for The Competition Contestant of 2019. Hannah ended up taking the trophy in this category.

"It was awesome. That was really fun," Hannah said of her experience at the People's Choice Awards. "It was such an honor because that award is voted on by the fans that support and love me. So I feel like we all won together."

She added, "The Bachelor franchise is just like a family. We all have kind of experienced the same things, so it was nice to be in a category with them and see everyone."

In addition to the three reality TV stars, Hannah also defeated Buddy Vs. Duff star Buddy Valastro, America's Got Talent winner Kodi Lee, The Masked Singer contestant T-Pain, The Amazing Race contestant Tyler Oakley, RuPaul's Drag Race contestant Vanessa Vanjie Mateo, and The Voice coach Gwen Stefani for the title.

Tyler has been supporting Hannah during her Dancing with the Stars journey by voting for her to advance and offering her some kind words during tough times.

Hannah opened up about her "defeating" and "grueling" time on Dancing with the Stars via Instagram after reports swirled she was spotted crying backstage following her October 28 performance on the show, which didn't go over well with the judges.

"Fall down 7 times, get up 8!" Tyler, a general contractor and aspiring model from Florida who's currently living in New York, commented on Hannah's emotional post.

"You got this HB. Be where your feet are and enjoy the ride. You're doing amazing."

Tyler told Us on October 17 he doesn't know what the future holds for the two of them, but there seems to be no romantic connection between this former couple right now.

Hannah told People late last month that she and Tyler had not been in touch, nor was she interested in dating anyone at the moment.

"He texted me, like, once on my birthday, but that was literally one text. We don't really talk. So, I wish him well, but it's not like really anything," Hannah revealed. "I've moved on. He's moved on."

Hannah and Tyler were both single at the time they appeared on The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose because Hannah had previously dumped her fiance Jed Wyatt, so Hannah asked Tyler -- who was seemingly still in love with Hannah -- out for a drink in late July.

Following The Bachelorette's Season 15 finale, Hannah and Tyler spent the night together on August 1 in Los Angeles only for him to seemingly move on days later to pursue a romance with supermodel Gigi Hadid.

Tyler and Gigi, however, called it quits on their summer fling in October after nearly two months of dating.

"Tyler still thinks of Gigi as a friend," a source recently told Us. "They were really close, and he still likes and respects her, even though the romantic portion of their relationship is over."
