George Clooney, Cate Blanchett, Jessica Chastain and more read mean tweets about themselves during "Jimmy Kimmel Live." The stars appeared on screen to read aloud tweets -- at times poorly worded -- during the viewer-favorite Mean Tweets segment Thursday night. The bit only featured movie stars in honor of the upcoming Academy Awards. Christoph Waltz, Patricia Arquette, Eddi Redmayne, Susan Sarandon, Kevin Costner, Emily Blunt, Zach Galifianakis, Kevin Hart, Richard Dreyfuss, Seth Rogen, Oscar Isaac, Taraji P. Henson and Sean Penn also took part in the comedic segment. Some mean tweets commented on the stars' looks, while others jabbed at their character. "Eddie Redmayne looks like someone tried to erase his nose, but couldn't completely. I also think he looks perpetually dehydrated," the Danish Girl actor read from a @Reemawi. "I am! I'm really thirsty," Redmayne jokingly agreed. Henson read a tweet from user @aMUSIC_nerd suspecting her off-screen persona is "extremely ghetto in real life." "Well, I can be [expletive]!" she replied. "Meet me outside!" Clooney was stone-faced as he read his tweet from user @Tann_Matt knocking his looks. "If that gross ratty old man George Clooney can find a girl... you regular fellas out there in the twitterverse must be drowning in [expletive]," he read.
