Dancing with the Stars: Juniors premiered with a night of performances and the elimination of two celebrity kids during Sunday night's episode on ABC.

Reality TV star Bristol Palin's son Tripp Palin and MasterChef Junior winner Addison Osta Smith, along with their professional partners, were eliminated based on the combination of judges' scores and studio-audience votes each couple had received during the first night of competition.

The scores provided by Dancing with the Stars: Juniors judges Val Chmerkovskiy, Adam Rippon and Mandy Moore placed Tripp and his partner Hailey Bills as well as Addison and her partner Lev Khmelev at the bottom of the leaderboard.

Actress Ariana Greenblatt and partner Artyon Celestine, who are mentored by DWTS pro Brandon Armstrong, topped the judges' leaderboard in a tie for first place with 24 points after taking the stage with a cha cha routine.

Mandla Morris, the son of iconic singer/songwriter superstar Stevie Wonder, and partner Brightyn Brems -- who are mentored by DWTS pro Cheryl Burke -- also received 24 points from the panel after dancing the jive.

Actor Miles Brown and partner Rylee Arnold, who are mentored by Rylee's older sister and DWTS pro Lindsay Arnold, took the stage with a 22-point worthy salsa routine. 

Actor Hudson West and partner Kameron Couch, who are mentored by DWTS Troupe member Hayley Erbert, performed the cha cha and earned 22 points from the judges as well.

Mackenzie Ziegler, who appeared on Dance Moms and is the younger sister of professional dancer and actress Maddie Ziegler, is partnered with Sage Rosen and mentored by DWTS pro Gleb Savchenko. Mackenzie and Sage danced the foxtrot and earned 22 points from the judges.

The same score of 22 judges' points also went to professional skateboarder Sky Brown and partner JT Church, who are mentored by DWTS pro Alan Bersten. They took the stage with a salsa routine.

Model and daughter of NBA champ Scottie Pippen, Sophia Pippen, and partner Jake Monreal, who are mentored by DWTS pro Sasha Farber, danced the jive and received 21 points from the judges.

Akash Vukoti, the youngest boy ever to compete in the history of Scripps National Spelling Bee, and partner Kamri Peterson -- who are mentored by DWTS pro Witney Carson -- performed foxtrot and earned a score of 21 points as well.

Former Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson and partner Tristan Ianiero, who are mentored by DWTS pro Artem Chigvintsev, performed the salsa and finished the night with 19 points.

Actor Jason Maybaum and partner Elliana Walmsley, who are mentored by DWTS pro Emma Slater, performed the cha cha and received 18 points.

Tripp and his partner Hailey, who were mentored by DWTS pro Jenna Johnson, danced the foxtrot and earned a score of 17 points from the judges.

Not only is Tripp the son of Bristol, who previously competed on Dancing with the Stars and also starred on Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp, but he's also the grandson of politician Sarah Palin, who starred on Sarah Palin's Alaska. (Bristol also recently joined the cast of MTV's Teen Mom OG).

Addison and her partner Lev, who were mentored by DWTS pro Keo Motsepe, performed a cha cha routine and walked away with 15 points from the judging panel, landing them in last place on the leaderboard.

Addison, 13, was the first girl and youngest contestant ever to win MasterChef Junior at the age of 10. Winning MasterChef Junior also led to multiple television and media appearances.
