The 26-year-old charity founder and former professional football player appeared confident and collected during his interview.

He almost seemed boastful about the fact he stayed true to himself throughout the difficult process of dating 30 women at once.

As fans recall, a trailer that was previously released for the upcoming season of The Bachelor showed Colton jumping over a fence more than six feet tall to escape production and Chris Harrison, who was left calling after him from a distance in utter shock.

Colton yelled, "I'm f-cking done!" on his way out.

"Jumping the fence, it was a very real moment," Colton said. "To me, it might be the most pivotal moment in the entire season, and it happens towards the end."

Harrison confessed to Us Weekly last month he "may or may not have been the reason that [Colton] hopped the fence."

Although Colton assured ET that he became good friends with Harrison during filming -- as they would go on morning runs together and Colton would vent to him off-camera -- he didn't deny the fact the fence-jumping scene was heated.

"In that moment, yeah, my emotions were heightened and I gave production a run for their money -- quite literally," Colton revealed with a laugh.

"Nothing can prepare you for this. It's not normal to date 30 women at one time. It's not."

In addition, Colton, a self-declared virgin, admitted his round of overnight Fantasy Suite dates "changed everything."

"It changed the whole direction of the show. It changed the game," Colton disclosed.

Colton declined to reveal whether he lost his virginity while taping The Bachelor or ended up engaged, but he did share with Bachelor Nation he's very happy right now.

"I'll say I'm exactly where I need to be in my life right now," Colton noted.
