The New York clothing company Maggy London International is suing Pamela Anderson for allegedly using a name it trademarked in 2002 on her fashion line.

The New York Post said the lawsuit claims the former "Baywatch" actress and "Dancing with the Stars" competitor neglected to change the name of the Muse brand of clothing she worked on with celebrity designer Richie Rich.

The suit filed in Manhattan federal court suit acknowledges the pair changed the name on some garments to A*Muse, but still seeks an order preventing Anderson and Rich from any "colorable imitation" of the trademark and asks they relinquish all profits and surrender remaining clothing for "impoundment or destruction," the Post said.
