"Some gigs are easier to say goodbye to than others," Finnigan wrote on Instagram Wednesday.
"This one, however, is a heartbreak," she said.
"I stepped into the role of 'Grace' when I was about 6 weeks pregnant. I was terrified, exhausted, and not technically 'out' in terms of being pregnant."
"Little by little, I relaxed into the part, I discovered who she was, how strong and loyal and loving and what an incredible badass Grace could be. I worked throughout almost the entire pregnancy, feeling supported and safe throughout."
