Christmas, 36, reportedly surrendered herself to authorities for arrest in Tampa, FL on November 6 in connection to an August 18 incident in which Christmas allegedly drove to a gym to confront the new girlfriend, Samantha Morse, of her ex-boyfriend, Benjamin Bunn, who is the father of her newborn son Loyal.

The magazine obtained the police report, which says Christmas -- who was eight months pregnant at the time -- "rammed another vehicle multiple times" following a fight with Samantha.

"[Christmas] came to the gym to confront her child's father's romantic partner. Once there, she threw a coffee cup and caused a scene," the report reads.

"The suspect entered her Mercedes-Benz SUV and proceeded to ram the victim's vehicle twice. This caused over $5,000 worth of damage to the victim's vehicle."

Samantha reportedly told police Christmas called her a "pathetic, home-wrecking little slut" before hitting her car.

Christmas welcomed her first child with Benjamin, a CrossFit gym owner, on October 8, but he told Us in October the couple had split in December 2017.

Benjamin insisted earlier this month he and the fitness enthusiast are "working to coparent" their son to the best of their abilities.

"I've caught a lot of heat the past 5 months from friends, family and strangers. Working to coparent with someone that you're not romantically involved with and for that matter barely know is a tough undertaking," he wrote November 12 on Instagram.

"I've learned a lot about what I prioritize as a person, and what it actually means to not care about the options of others, and how much it means to place value in the options that actually matter. Something I still struggle with."

Christmas released a statement on her arrest earlier this month, revealing "there are truth and lies to every story" and she will share her story when she's ready.

"Until then, I am being proactive with taking care of my responsibilities to have this matter resolved," Christmas wrote in an Instagram story.

"I'm focused on providing for Loyal & recovering from a very emotionally challenging pregnancy & difficult delivery. Being a single mother is challenging enough without the world having an opinion on a situation they know nothing about."

When TMZ first reported Christmas' arrest, the website suggested Benjamin had cheated on her by referring to the other woman involved as his "side chick."

Christmas, the first female NASCAR pit crew member, finished Big Brother's nineteenth season in third place behind runner-up Paul Abrahamian and the winner Josh Martinez.
