Big Brother featured the new Head of Household, Scottie Salton, nominating Brett Robinson and Winston Hines for eviction during Sunday night's Season 20 episode on CBS.

Scottie nominated "the bros" for eviction because they have the "strongest relationship in the house" and he wouldn't be able to beat either of them later in the game.

Scottie also said Brett is "ridiculously charming" and influential, while Winston would likely come after him since Scottie had previously attempted to send him packing.

The Big Brother broadcast began with Scottie celebrating his victory.

Rachel Swindler called Scottie "a floater" and said he was in the middle of the house, but he revealed in a confessional he wanted to work with Bayleigh Dayton, Faysal Shafaat, Haleigh Broucher and Angie "Rockstar" Lantry.

Haleigh discussed with Rockstar how Scottie must have been the person to flip and vote out Chris "Swaggy C" Williams although he showed support for their alliance prior to the vote.

Meanwhile, Bayleigh was missing Swaggy, but she was ready to play her own game and win.

Brett was then shown chatting with Winston, and the guys agreed it was "pivotal" to not have two members from the "Level 6" alliance up on the chopping block this week.

As for Faysal, he was pissed about the flip and wasn't sure who was behind it. Faysal had a hard time believing Scottie was the culprit.

Rockstar believed Scottie was the "mastermind" and "genius" behind Swaggy C's ouster, telling Faysal and Haleigh, "He's probably not even a virgin."

Scottie's plan was to build a case against Brett and Winston given they had a bromance and were also physical threats in the game. He wanted to get rid of one of them.

Tyler was afraid because Scottie's targets were all members of the "Level 6" alliance -- including Angela Rummans, Kaycee Clark, and Rachel. Tyler tried to divert the plan, but he had to sit back and let things happen or else he'd give away he was working with that side of the house.

While talking with Sam Bledsoe, Scottie discovered Winston had lied to one of them about the vote when she had been on the block. Winston had told Scottie that he voted to keep Steve, but in reality, he voted to keep Sam. It just confirmed in Scottie's mind that Winston needed to be the target.

Winston then admitted to Scottie he had lied to Sam about trying to keep her. Winston thought he was building trust with Scottie, but that couldn't have been further from the truth, as Scottie just viewed him as a player who lies.

Brett attempted to throw Haleigh and Rockstar under the bus in order to save his bro. Brett delivered a Captain-America type of speech, and Scottie was so enthralled with his charisma and charm that he was actually buying what he was selling.

Scottie therefore second-guessed putting Brett on the block.

Afterward, the "BB App Store" opened for the final time this season. Haleigh became the least-trending houseguest, and so she had to pick a "Crap App." She chose "Read It" over "Fake News" and "Scammed."

"Read It" required Haleigh to narrate an audio-book version of Hamlet! every time she heard "To Read or Not to Read... to Read."

Not only did Haleigh have to dress in a Shakespeare costume, but she also had to stand on a soapbox and read from a Hamlet book in her best Shakespearean accent. The punishment would continue until she finished the entire book.

Bayleigh turned out to be the top-trending houseguest for the week. She got to select "Re-Draw," "Upgrade" or "Identity Theft."

Bayleigh chose "Identity Theft," which will allow her -- at any point in the first half of the game -- to secretly steal the identity of one Head of Household at the Nomination Ceremony.

That means Bayleigh will secretly make that HoH's nominations. The reigning HoH, however, cannot be nominated and will still control the replacement nominee at the Veto Meeting. When only eight houseguests remain, the identity-theft power will no longer be in play.

Bayleigh called this power "epic" and thanked fans, America and God. Her attitude turned right back around, and America picked her up when she was down.

As for Sam's "Bonus Life" power, this was the last week she could voluntarily use the power.

Sam told Kaycee and Tyler about the power, seeking advice, because if she doesn't use it this week, the fourth houseguest evicted from the game will automatically be declared safe. Sam hoped the power would be used to save one of her allies.

Heading into the Nomination Ceremony, Brett thought Haleigh and Rockstar were going to be the nominees.

The episode concluded with Brett and Winston going up on the chopping block under Scottie's HoH rule. Brett called Scottie "an idiot" and said he "drew the line" and it was "a stupid play." Winston agreed, saying he'd be gunning for Scottie the following week.
