Paperwork filed with the Federal Election Commission for Minnesota Republican Rep. Michele Bachmann misspells her name with an extra "l."

Bachmann's paperwork, filed last month for her new leadership PAC, names the committee as "Michelle PAC," using one more "l" than Bachmann uses in her name, Politico reported Thursday.

Barry Arrington, the committee's treasurer, filed paperwork two days later to correct the spelling error.

The "Michele" in Michele PAC doubles as an acronym for "Many Individual Conservatives Helping Elect Leaders Everywhere," PAC officials said.

The group had raised $10,000 by July 30 from two anti-abortion groups, the Campaign for Working Families and the Susan B. Anthony List.
