The former The Hills star now plans to marry longtime boyfriend Corey Bohan, a pro BMX dirt bike rider, after dating on and off since 2008, People reported.

Bohan reportedly proposed at the Summit House in Orange County, CA, on Friday night, three weeks after he asked Patridge's father's permission.

Bohan made a reservation at the restaurant, where her family ironically also reserved a table for later that night.

"When Corey found out [they were there], he told my brother what his plan was and they sat in the dining area so I wouldn't see them. Corey pulled it off pretty well. Although I noticed he didn't really eat dinner," Patridge, 30, told People.

"When dessert time came he ordered cheesecake and the waiter brought it out on a platter with a beautiful silver cover. I noticed all the waitresses gathering with phones and thought, 'What is going on!?' Then all of a sudden the waiter lifted the silver cover and I saw the ring in a box with white rose petals on the plate."

Bohan then traditionally dropped to one knee and popped the question with a ring he had made in Australia.

"[He] said, 'We have been together for many years now and I love you more than anything. I want to spend the rest of my life with you -- will you marry me?' I was in shock and kind of didn't even hear him but I said yes!" Patridge said, before the couple celebrated and drank champagne with her family.

Patridge was the last The Hills star to get engaged, following in the footsteps of Lauren Conrad, Kristin Cavallari, Heidi Montag and Whitney Port.

The Hills aired on MTV from May 2006 to July 2010.
