On Monday, Elizabeth shared a series of photos of herself with fans on Instagram and captioned the pictures, "Ultrasound check up for the baby girl."
Elizabeth revealed her child currently weighs three pounds, and she added the following hashtags to her post: "#momtobe #babygirl #ultrasound #elizabethandandrei #90dayfiancebaby #love #husband #daddy."
In one photo, Elizabeth was wearing a stretchy gray, casual dress that showed off her baby bump.
In addition to a selfie of Elizabeth and Andrei smiling together, Elizabeth also shared a photo from inside the doctor's office when she underwent her latest ultrasound.
Elizabeth has been updating fans on her journey to motherhood ever since announcing her pregnancy.
Late last week, Elizabeth shared a GIF of herself holding her belly.
"Baby girl is growing!!" she wrote alongside the brief video. "#Preggers #babybump #momtobe #babycastravet #90dayfiancebaby #elizabethandandrei #love."
Elizabeth and Andrei just celebrated their first year of marriage on October 27.

"Happy 1st Wedding Anniversary baby! It's been the best year of my life and now we have a precious baby girl on the way! God is so good! I love you!!" Elizabeth gushed on Instagram at the time.

Elizabeth's brother-in-law, Orlando Davis, spilled the beans on her pregnancy during a segment of his radio show called Orlando and the Freakshow on October 1.
Elizabeth recently told Cosmopolitan she was "extremely upset" Orlando had leaked her big news.
Andrei, from Moldova, moved to the United States in September 2017, and he and Elizabeth tied the knot in October 2017.
