90 Day Fiance star Ashley Martson appears to have confirmed she and husband Jay Smith have split.

And in a Q&A session with fans on Instagram on Wednesday, one fan asked Ashley to confirm her 90 Day Fiance co-star Larissa Christina Dos Santos Lima's prior comment that Ashley is single now.
Ashley answered, "We must not go against what the Queen says. I don't want to die today."
Ashley clearly didn't deny her relationship is over when referencing the scene from 90 Day Fiance's sixth season in which Larissa yelled at her husband Colt Johnson and his mother Debbie that whoever goes against the queen will die.
In addition, when one of Ashley's followers asked if she'd like to have more kids with Jay in the future, Ashley replied by sharing Monica's song "Hell No," which is about a cheating partner.
Fans also wanted to know whether Jay got another girl pregnant and Ashley is planning on getting a divorce and sending Jay back to his native country of Jamaica.
Ashley first insisted she was breaking up with Jay when she took to her Instagram Stories on Monday, calling her husband out for some alleged inappropriate behavior.
"It's all fun and games until I get your disgusting cheating ass deported," Ashley wrote on Instagram.
She further claimed, "It's all fun as games until your ass gets deported. Have fun at the strip club with MY money and MY car you're driving around without a license!"

Ashley also wrote "Bye Felicia" on both images and added the word "cancelled" to the second one, likely referring to Jay's green card.

Ashley also recently posted an Instagram Story in which she ranted about her relationship with Jay.
"For all you thirsty girls in my soon to be ex husband's inbox, he's all yours. Please do me the favor and take his nasty ass off my hands," Ashley wrote.
"Ashley is indeed filing for divorce after catching Jay cheating yet again," a source told In Touch Weekly earlier this week.
"She has reached her breaking point and this is the final straw. She feels like she was an opportunity for him and she is hurt and disgusted."
Larissa also accused Colt of cheating on her before they had an explosive argument that resulted in Larissa getting arrested and Colt filing for divorce in mid-January.
Colt filed for divorce around the exact same time Ashley did from Jay.
Ashley, however, withdrew the paperwork just two weeks later and subsequently admitted her December 2018 breakup -- which sparked when Ashley caught Jay flirting with other women on Tinder after their Las Vegas wedding -- with the Jamaican tattoo artist was faked.

Ashley blamed TLC and producers for manipulating her into pretending there were major problems in her marriage to Jay for the sake of entertainment and the television show.
Fans therefore questioned whether the divorce filing was a scam since the couple had been accused of leaking their own personal stories for publicity and pretending there were problems in their relationship.
Ashley and Jay will be starring on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, which premieres Sunday, April 28 at 8PM ET/PT on TLC.
