90 Day Fiance star Ashley Martson has revealed additional details about her latest -- and seemingly most serious -- hospitalization for lupus.

On Sunday, Ashley took to social media and posted a photo of herself in a hospital bed, shortly after an unidentified friend shared on her Instagram Stories the reality TV star's battle with lupus had "put her into kidney failure" and she was being treated in the ICU.

"I'm sorry if this photo offends anyone but I will not hide that I'm sick. If I can help one person with lupus then posting this is worth it. I was found unresponsive this morning at my home," Ashley captioned the photo.

"The Ambulance took me to the hospital where it was found that I am in acute kidney failure due to lupus. I will begin dialysis shortly. I will not let this beat me. I know I'm strong enough to battle through this, not just for myself but for my kids."

Ashley asked 90 Day Fiance fans to pray for her and her family.

"I will be transferred to another hospital this evening that is better equipped. I know it's going to be a very tough road ahead for all of us. Thank you for your continuous support and prayers #ashley #lupus #kidneyfailure #90dayfiance #tlc," Ashley wrote.

"**please keep negative comments off this post. I'm already scared and I don't need to be kicked while I'm already down. Friends have started a go fund me to help Ashley during this unexpected medical issue. The link is in her story."

On Monday, a friend shared details about  Ashley's new GoFundMe account, which has yet to reach its $10,000 goal.

"A go fund me has been set up for Ashley. The link is in her bio," the photo was captioned on the TLC star's Instagram account.

"I know she really never wanted to ask for help but she will be down for months. Her job doesn't offer any type of Aflac or fmla. It's a new year and she has high deductibles she must pay. The go fund me is in her story if you would like to help. If you cannot please say a prayer for her."

The post continued, "As of today, Ashley is stable and will be moved to another hospital. She wants to say Thank you to everyone for their kind word and support. Ashley also has a P.O. Box on her IG and I'm sure she would love letters to read and make the time go by. Thanks again for your support! If you prefer Venmo it's Ashleye8519 Go fund me link Is in her bio."

As of late Monday afternoon, fans have raised over $1,400 for Ashley.

When Ashley's hospitalization was first announced early Sunday, a friend wrote the following on Ashley's Instagram Stories: "Please send prayers and positive vibes to Ashley. [Her] battle with lupus has put her into kidney failure. She is in the ICU and is finally responsive. Prayers for her children as well. Thank you!"

Given Ashley was just promoting her personalized Cameo video recordings late Saturday night, it seems the 90 Day Fiance star's trip to the hospital occurred overnight.

Ashley was previously hospitalized due to lupus, a chronic autoimmune disorder, twice in December 2018.

Ashley's health crisis comes at a difficult time in her life, as her marriage to 90 Day Fiance star Jay Smith is on the rocks. Ashley has been in turmoil trying to decide whether to leave Jay or give him another chance after she had caught her husband flirting with other women on Tinder.

Jay has vowed to treat Ashley right and never hurt her again, but all trust has been lost in the relationship, and Ashley said on 90 Day Fiance's Tell-All special that aired on Sunday night she's not sure whether the couple can ever come back from that and be happy again.
