[90 Day Fiance Spoilers: This report includes spoilers revealing if Jenny and Sumit have broken up or if the 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way couple is still together living in India.]

Jenny, a 61-year-old from Palm Springs, CA, and Sumit, a 32-year-old from India, met on Facebook and Sumit catfished Jenny, but once she discovered his true identity, she still wanted to be with him.

Jenny decided to move to India to pursue love with Sumit, but she didn't know he was married to another woman! (And Sumit's parents didn't know about his affair with Jenny).

"I was dating Jenny when my parents set up an arranged marriage, and I barely knew the girl before I married her... No one should force me into a marriage... It's my decision. I want to be with Jenny. It's my right to be happy," Sumit said in a confessional on Season 1 of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way.

Once Sumit's family found out about Jenny, they got involved and turned the situation into an even messier one. Jenny's visa expired in the meantime and so she had to return to America before progressing her relationship with Sumit.

During the premiere 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way's second season, Jenny and Sumit had been apart for five months and she was ready to give Sumit another chance and move back to India.

Jenny traveled over 20 hours to New Delhi with no car or money, but she expected to be happy and for Sumit to marry her.

Jenny was afraid of looking like "an idiot" again and getting hurt, but Sumit's lawyer Nareh confirmed to Jenny that Sumit was doing everything possible to divorce his Indian wife as soon as possible.

Nareh told Jenny that divorce can take anywhere from two to five years to finalize in India but Sumit had already completed the first motion and they could file the second motion after six months.

As far as Jenny and Sumit getting married, Jenny said her knowledge was that she and Sumit would have to register and then wait for a 30-day notice to be sent out to his permanent address, which was actually his parents' home.

"You cannot marry, if they have sound reason to object," Nareh said of Sumit's parents.

In the mid-season finale of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way's second season, Jenny said she had a Tourist Visa good for 10 years, but she had to leave the country every 108 days. She therefore planned to marry Sumit before the six months is up so she could stay in India permanently.

Sumit's parents Sahna and Anil then appeared on camera for the first time. Sahna and Anil said when Jenny first traveled to India in 2013 as a Facebook friend of Sumit's, she had asked to stay with them for only one week.

However, Jenny ended up living with Sumit and his parents for four months.

Sahna and Anil apparently thought Jenny was wonderful and the women got along great, but Sumit's parents had no idea at the time Sumit and Jenny were more than friends -- until Anil caught Sumit staying up late with Jenny.

"She wanted to marry him, but we didn't allow her to marry him. She has been in an inappropriate relationship with him," Sahna explained.

"She should have treated Sumit like her son. I thought Jenny had a good nature, but after seeing this, I don't like her at all."

Sahna said she hated how Sumit was spending so much time away from them, and Anil said Sumit had "smashed" his dreams of playing with his grandchildren one day given Jenny is almost double Sumit's age.

"I love Jenny and I'm going to fight for her," Sumit told the cameras. "I have to make them understand Jenny and I love each other and it's a true love. And that's what's more important than what society thinks."

But Sahna reminded Sumit of all his parents had done for him, including Anil paying about $20,000 to settle Sumit's divorce case. Anil said he had worked his whole life to save that amount of money and he also borrowed cash from friends and family.

Sahna told Sumit that he was only thinking of his own happiness and was acting selfishly, but Sumit insisted Jenny made him happy and he was "dying" in his arranged marriage.

"You are sad because you are so obsessed with what random people in society are saying," Sumit shouted at his parents, adding, "I was the one who was suffering! I told you three times that I wanted to commit suicide."

Sumit said, "I am your son. I am getting true love with Jenny. You are asking me to choose between you two. Why can't I choose both? Think about it."

Anil responded by saying, "We'll try our best," and Sumit seemed content and optimistic.

When Jenny and Sumit reunited, the pair considered Sumit's conversation with his parents "a small win," and they made love to celebrate.

Sumit, however, still wanted to wait to have a formal ring ceremony with Jenny.

"This reaction wasn't what I was expecting at all. I am just sick of waiting [to marry]," Jenny complained.

But things started falling into place for the couple. Sumit, for instance, had charges dropped against him stemming from allegations of abuse his wife had made.

Sumit said the allegations were "false" and he had "never tried to hurt [his] wife." He claimed she was just trying to hurt him for wanting to leave her.

Sumit was also not required to pay his wife additional money past the $20,000 he originally owed her and her family.

Sumit later finalized his divorce from his wife in India, telling the cameras, "Done! Divorce is done... Finally, I am free."

"I am promising you, I am not going to let anybody stop us from getting married," Sumit assured Jenny.

"I hope you're right about that," Jenny replied.

In April, Sumit and Jenny were in lockdown together in India amid the coronavirus pandemic and bonded through the quality time they got to spend together.

After the lockdown ended and courthouses reopened, Jenny and Sumit met with a lawyer who specializes in marriage law so they could start the process of getting married legally.

"Sometimes I feel a little pressure, like, man I have to marry... A lot of things are coming at the same time and it's not easy to handle," Sumit said in a confessional.

Sumit and Jenny then met with a lawyer, Rishabh Rai, and asked how they could marry if people objected to their union.

"If objection rises, you have to face marriage officers and it will be expensive," Rishabh warned the pair. "That is for certain, but it does not have a religious angle to it. That is the purpose of Special Marriage Act."

The lawyer advised the couple to avoid a lengthy process and potential complications by getting married in the "Arya Samaj Mandir," a temple. Jenny and Sumit were told they could explain their willingness to marry, provide documents and then get married.

Certain religious sacraments would be performed at the temple, and Jenny was told she wouldn't have to convert to Hinduism. Rishabh explained registration was post-marriage and Jenny and Sumit could get married at any time.

What Jenny heard was like a dream come true, that Sumit's parents would not be able to object to their nuptials unless Sumit was under age 18 or was "a lunatic," according to the lawyer.

Getting married at the temple would be a completely legal ceremony, and Rishabh added that it would be easier for Jenny to get her visa extended since she'd be living with a legal spouse in India.

Jenny gushed about being so relieved and thrilled, but Sumit appeared uneasy and told Jenny that he'd like to talk to his parents before getting married again.

Jenny sternly said, "No," thinking that Sumit's parents would talk him out of it or Sumit was just trying to stall their union.

Sumit, however, explained to the cameras, "I want [my parents] to approve it. I want them to be happy for me. I don't want to just do something without telling them. Literally, I would lose my parents."

The next day, Jenny revealed Sumit had agreed to go through with the ring ceremony -- which was essentially getting engaged -- before talking to his parents.

But when Sumit's brother Anil learned about the couple's secret plans, it resulted in Jenny having an emotional breakdown.

Amit said his parents would never accept Jenny and Sumit's age difference and they must be "ready for the consequences."

"This is my life now and this is what I've chosen for myself," Jenny cried, begging people to stop giving her "hell" and being so set in their ways.

Jenny vented about how she couldn't change her age or feelings for Sumit.

"I hate having to go through this. I am so tired of it! I really am. I chose you Sumit... and we both have to suffer for it. It's so unfair," Jenny lamented in Sumit's arms.

Amit told Jenny and Sumit that his parents would be "200 percent not happy" if the couple went through with a ring ceremony and marriage. Sumit promised this news was going to be "a shock" to their parents.

Amit's wife told Sumit that he should tell his parents he's getting engaged because being secretive would hurt them more and make the situation "more sour" and also more difficult.

Amit predicted a fight within the family was going to break out, and Amit admitted the outlook looked "very bad."

Once Amit and Sumit's sister-in-law left, Sumit told Jenny that they had made a mistake by mentioning the ring ceremony because now they had to tell his parents or else Amit would get to them first.

Sumit said he needed to explain himself properly to his parents and convince them of the marriage.

"So now, I think we should postpone the ring ceremony and talk with my parents face to face," Sumit said.

"Well that's something I've heard before," Jenny complained, referring to when Sumit had postponed their ring ceremony on Season 1.

Sumit felt like he was letting Jenny down once again, but Jenny just hoped for the best and that no one would get hurt.

Sumit and Jenny then sat down with his parents together. Jenny hadn't seen Sumit's parents since they ambushed him and took him away from her on Season 1 of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way.

Jenny felt her future and happiness were at stake and everything was riding on this conversation. Sumit just asked Jenny to stay calm, support him and have his back.

Sumit's parents Anil and Sahna then arrived at Jenny and Sumit's apartment, and his mother simply said she didn't like Jenny. Sahna didn't like the couple living together and said she wouldn't allow it. Sahna hoped she could convince Sumit to return home with her.

It had been eight years since Jenny had a real conversation with Sumit's parents, so she didn't know whether they would accept her.

Sumit told his parents that a lawyer had advised him to just get married and no one could object to him marrying Jenny. Sumit told Anil and Sahna that he was happy and wanted their blessing or permission to wed Jenny once and for all.

"No," Sahna replied. "Not at all."

"Mom, please," Sumit begged.

"I will never be happy with your wrong decision," Sahna explained.

"Even the lawyer doesn't say my decision is wrong," Sumit countered.

"There is no law above parents' law," Sahna said.

"I am going to marry her," Sumit noted.

"Marriage? Over our dead bodies," Sahna shouted, adding that her body would be in the ground when Sumit chose to marry Jenny.

Jenny told Sumit's parents that she loved their son and she wasn't going to leave him alone, and Anil yelled at Sumit that Jenny's children are older than Sumit and they make a ridiculous match.

"This is all you could find?!" Anil yelled. "You'll find other women a thousand times better -- a million times better."

Sumit said he never felt this way about a woman before, but Sahna said his feelings were "wrong," which made Sumit extremely angry.

"I don't want this! Jenny, please leave him alone! I am asking you! You have to leave him!" Sahna begged.

Jenny didn't understand the language, but she could read Sahna's face easily and could tell from her tone of voice that the conversation was going badly.

Sahna admitted she was "ashamed" of Sumit's new romance, and then Sumit got down on his knees and begged her for approval. Sumit said he was "dying" and needed her to accept Jenny because his life without her was "a disaster."

"I cannot do this to this family. I need to go back to America," Jenny told the cameras in tears.

Sumit then cried in his father's arms, "Only I know what I have suffered."

Are Jenny and Sumit still together or have they broken up? What's the latest on this 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way couple?

Jenny and Sumit are absolutely still in a relationship, and they appear to be very happy as a couple.

Sumit posted a selfie with Jenny and gushed about her on Instagram in mid-November.

"You will never mock me again over my suffering, first try to attach your heart in someone's love just once," Sumit captioned the image.

"#90dayfiance #90daytheotherway #duringlockdown #tlc #network #realitytvshows #realpeople #realcouple #reallove so #keepcalm and #keepwatching #loveyouall #staysafeandhealthy."

In late October, Sumit posted a video of himself feeding a dog as well as a selfie of the couple on Instagram in which they were both flashing big smiles.

"In true love the smallest distance is too great and the greatest distance can be bridged. Getting my smile back on my face. Wish good time will teach same as bad time does," Sumit wrote alongside the image.

Sumit also added the following hashtags: "#smile #happyness #love #you #loveyouforever #luckyme #thankyou #foryourlove #90daysfiance #90daysfiancetheotherway #season2 #tlc #tv #tvshow #realityshows #realitytv #thankyouall #loveyouall."

In mid-October, Sumit also posted splitscreen photos of Jenny and himself drinking tea.

"Humanity runs on coffee and chai, so keep drinking and enjoy life," Sumit captioned the image.

"What's your first wake up drink of the day? Mine is chai means tea not chai tea #goodmorning #iknowiamlate #tea #coffee #chaitea #ilovemytea #90dayfiance #90dayfiancetheotherway #season2 #tlc #tvshows #realitytv #realityshow #keepwatching #spreadlove #nojudgement #loveall."

If fans look at the photo carefully, a ring can be seen on Sumit's ring finger on his left hand.

Since Sumit wouldn't accept a ring from Jenny on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way's second season before making their relationship official and exchanging vows, this could be an indication they are now married.

Back on September 16, Sumit posted a photo with Jenny in which they were sitting at a restaurant or cafe.

"All that you are is all that I'll ever need... #90daysfiance #90daysfiancetheotherway #tlc #tvshow #realityshow ...#loveyouall," Sumit captioned the photo, along with multiple kissing and smiling emoticons.

In late August, Jenny posted a video on her own Instagram account of Sumit and herself cuddled up close while traveling in a rickshaw through the city streets in India.

Jenny said she and Sumit were headed "back to home," confirming she still resides in India.

Jenny also added the following hashtags to her revealing post, "#happycouple #90dayfiancetheotherway #90dayfiance #provethemwrong #tlcrealityshow #9yearstogether @sumitjenny @blend_it_boo @gains_ta #stopjudging #peace."

Only a few days earlier, Jenny posted a video of Sumit lighting off a firework and captioned it, "When love goes boooooooommmm."

In mid-August, Sumit also posted a couple photos with Jenny in which they went out for coffee together and were embracing.

While the pictures could be throwbacks, Sumit and Jenny appeared so happy together.

"Our painting job turn out good. We are happy with our work," Sumit captioned one of the images.

Sumit gushed about Jenny on his Instagram account on August 1, 2020 when he shared a selfie.

"Your love makes me happy," Sumit wrote, before tagging Jenny in his post. "#love #loveconquersall #loveyou #loveyouforever #90dayfiance #90dayfiancetheotherway #season2 #staysafe #socialdistancing #loveisbeautiful."

In mid-July, Sumit posted a selfie with Jenny on Instagram and wrote a very sweet caption to her.

"Every time I see you I'm more convinced we belong together. @jan_frmsan #welove #90dayfiance #90daystheotherway #season2 #tlc #tlcnetwork #tvshow #realityshow #dontjudge #fightforlove #loveus or #justleave #please," Sumit wrote.

Jenny also told E! News in late June that she and Sumit were going strong.

"Sumit and I are not done with each other. We're still in a relationship," Jenny told the website.

"He was married...the marriage wasn't his choice. He didn't want to be married. We're just not done with each other."

"We're in this relationship...going on 9 years," she added. "We've invested a lot into this relationship, and we love each other...if people don't like it then that's the way it is."

During an interview with Access that took place earlier this summer, Jenny acknowledged "the past is in the past" when it comes to the mistakes Sumit has made.

"I mean, I was happy to be with Sumit in India and unfortunately what happened, happened, and I can't change it. But the fact we still love each other, that hasn't changed. So that's what I can say," Jenny said.

Jenny also insisted she and Sumit signed up for the 90 Day Fiance franchise for the right reasons.

"[A lot of people] think we're just going on the show to make money or have fame, that we have some sort of agenda or something else going on... and none of that's true -- at least not with me, it's not. I have nothing else going on," Jenny explained.

"My [motive] was strictly just to get back with Sumit, and that was it. There's no other agenda for me. I would say we're all just coming on the show to be together and we love each other and want to be in our relationship and share it with the world."

"There's no other agenda going on; I'm not trying to be famous or anything," she added.

In early June, Jenny discussed with Entertainment Tonight how she and Sumit tune out the haters who criticize their relationship or question their intentions.

"It's gonna happen regardless," Jenny said of having critics.

"It's really difficult for us. We just love each other... We don't pay attention to those around us. It doesn't matter and we just don't pay attention to it."

"Of course there's haters," she continued, "but we just want people to understand that we love each other regardless of our age difference, our culture and background -- Indian, American -- it doesn't matter."

Jenny said she and Sumit are in their "own little bubble."

"We don't even pay attention to it. Trust us, we know there's a lot [of critics]," Jenny noted in her interview with ET, adding that she understood why Sumit initially lied to her about his marriage.

"I mean, I still love him the same. I understand his culture."
