90 Day Fiance featured Amany claiming she was "done" with Ani, Mina admitting she disliked Mark's family, Sofie "reluctant" to meet Sarper, and Mahdi asking Stevi to push up their wedding during the Season 11 episode that aired Sunday night on TLC.

The new 90 Day Fiance season stars three returning couples: Shekinah from Los Angeles, CA, and Sarper from Istanbul, Turkey; Shawn from Los Angeles, CA, and Alliya from Rio De Janeiro, Brazil; and Jessica from Torrington, WY, and Juan from Cali, Colombia.

The three new couples on the show are Stevi from Hattiesburg, MS, and Mahdi from Tehran, Iran; Mark from West Ossipee, NH, and Mina from Paris, France; and Gregory from Islip Terrace, NY, and Joan from Kampala, Uganda.

90 Day Fiance's eleventh season will also chronicle the lives of its first-ever throuple: Matt and Amani from San Diego, CA, as well as Any from Tijuana, Mexico.

90 Day Fiance documents the journeys of intercultural couples -- Americans and their foreign partners -- navigating the complexities of love, cultural differences, and societal pressures.

With just 90 days to wed before their K-1 visas expire, the couples must overcome significant hurdles or potentially break up.

Shekinah and Sarper previously starred on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way's sixth season.

Shawn and Alliya, who have a 30-year age gap between them, previously appeared on 90 Day Fiance: Love in Paradise.

And Juan and Jessica were also featured on 90 Day Fiance: Love in Paradise.

Below is what happened on Episode 8 of 90 Day Fiance's eleventh season.

SHEKINAH and SARPER

Shekinah was shown making Sarper a smoothie and asking him how his night went. Sarper said everything went well when meeting Shekinah's friends, except for his dynamic with Dan, the man Shekinah had previously dated for a brief period of time.

Shekinah thanked Sarper for not caving under the pressure and getting into a fight with Dan.

"But if he does it again, it will be the last time he saw 'Modern Sarper,' okay?" Sarper told Shekinah.

The "Modern Sarper" attempted to remain calm and talk things out with people, and Shekinah really liked that side of her fiance and called it "so attractive." She was impressed that was able to stay cool and level-headed.

But another obstacle still stood in the couple's way: meeting Shekinah's daughter Sofie.

Sofie had heard negative and unflattering things about Sarper from their family and never wanted to meet him, but since the 90 days on Sarper's K-1 visa had begun, it was time for the pair to meet.

Shekinah admitted in a confessional that if Sofie didn't like or approve of Sarper, she wouldn't be able to marry him. It was clear Shekinah was prepared to put her daughter's feelings first.

"I'm not walking down the aisle without my daughter's approval. There is a lot riding on this trip [to see Sofie]," Shekinah told the cameras.

Shekinah's sister apparently didn't like Sarper and so her opinions changed Sofie's mind. Sofie, for example, didn't like Sarper's "alpha" make attitude.

Sarper and Shekinah, however, remained optimistic about this gathering.

Before involving Sarper, Shekinah and Sofie got a pedicure together, and Sofie admitted she was surprised that Shekinah had accepted Sarper's marriage proposal when she had yet to meet him.

Sofie had to watch Shekinah go through bad relationships in the past, and so she didn't want Sarper to be another one.

However, Sofie concluded that she was willing to meet Sarper and try in order to make her mother happy.

MATT, AMANY and ANI

Matt, Amany and Ani were headed to a private winery tour in Mexico. Amany was ready to have a good time, but she was upset that Ani was hiding her from her family. Amany wished Ani had been forthcoming about their throuple when speaking to her family about her love life.

Amany was feeling insecure about how Ani was behaving in their throuple. Amany could sense "a growing closeness" between Matt and Ani.

For example, Ani had missed Matt first upon seeing them again, and the pair also had sex without her when she wasn't feeling well. On top of that, Ani had told her family that Matt was her boyfriend.

Ani didn't like being described simply as Ani's "friend," but she noted in a confessional, "We're not going to be able to move forward without that uncomfortableness."

Ani admitted she had no intention of telling her family the truth about Ani before introducing them to her lovers, and Amany muttered under her breath, "I can't do this."

Ani explained in a confessional how Amany didn't understand her situation and she needed time.

"I just want you to make me feel that you want this -- that you want to be with us," Amany told Ani with tears in her eyes. "Do you tell people [other than family] you are in a relationship with us?"

"Right now, no," Ani replied.

"I'm done. I want to go back home. I want to go back to my children. This is f-cking ridiculous. You can't turn a ho into a housewife -- that's what's f-cking going on!" Amany shouted while leaving the table.

Matt and Amani had "discovered a lot of deception" during their time in Mexico, and so Matt chased Amany down and hugged her. Amany cried in her husband's arms and continued to sob.

Ani then attempted to comfort Amany, who said, "I just want the world to know that you are taken!... I have a problem with that. Are you ready to be in a serious relationship?"

Ani told the cameras that she didn't like Amany's reaction.

"I feel bad. I feel sad because she [doesn't] understand me," Ani said, adding how Amany was very "open" with her sexuality but she felt the need to protect herself.

Amany asked Ani to have her actions match her words, and so then Ani agreed to tell all of her "people" about her love life.

Amany told Ani that she loved her and wanted to be with her -- but that things needed to change.

"What the f-ck did I get myself into?" Amany complained.

Ani said there were a lot of problems in her life, and the pair argued in front of Matt. Ani accused Amany of loving the drama, but Any clarified how she was just trying to make a point.

Ani admitted she was "scared" and Amany thought she could bark orders because she had money.

Ani then insisted that she loved Amany more than Matt and wanted to stay in the relationship for her and because of her. That worried Amany a little bit because Ani needed to be in a throuple with Matt and love him as well.

"I don't know what I should tell Matt, or even if I should tell him," Amany vented in a confessional.

STEVI and MAHDI

With 80 days left to wed, Stevi took Mahdi to the gym. She wanted the pair to have fun and act normal, even though they had some big issues lingering in their relationship.

Mahdi said he was a little uncomfortable because there were other women in the same gym and he wasn't used to that.

Mahdi wanted to become a personal trainer in the U.S., but Stevi wanted to make sure that her fiance could be professional. Stevi explained how women tended to be more forward in America than he was used to.

Stevi seemed okay with the idea, but he was still struggling with Stevi's painting of breasts.

"Do you think you are sexually attracted to them?" Mahdi asked Stevi.

"I've never been asked that question before. That's weird. I'm attracted to you," Stevi replied.

Stevi denied being bisexual, and she said she didn't understand why Mahdi was even thinking that way.

Stevi's dad had once asked her if she's bisexual, and so this made Mahdi even more curious and skeptical.

Stevi decided to end the conversation, but Mahdi had more questions and told the cameras that he wanted to learn the truth before they got married.

Stevi and Mahdi later had a romantic date night at home, and it ended with Stevi painting her man's muscles.

Mahdi proceeded to tell Stevi that they should get married in a couple of weeks so that he could begin working and they could save more money as a result.

Stevi was a little nervous about rushing it because Mahdi was homesick and had some difficult days in the U.S. Stevi said she didn't want to get married and then have Mahdi decide that he wanted to return home.

"Mahdi wanting to push up the wedding date is very confusing for me," Stevi said.

Mahdi's family was upset and missing him in Iran, and so he felt in the middle. Stevi suggested that if Mahdi communicated with his family a little less, he may miss them less.

Mahdi didn't appreciate hearing that Stevi wanted him to have less contact with his family in Iran. Mahdi thought that was a pretty selfish request after he had given up friends, family, and his home for her.

"I do love you, but what I'm telling you is that if I don't know that you're 100 percent sure, then I'm not going to be able to marry you," Steve told her fiance.

MARK and MINA

Mina was crying over the prenup discussion at Mark's family barbecue in North Carolina, but Mark didn't want everybody ganging up on his fiancee.

"I feel disappointed. It hurts me. I feel like they are asking me to sign a contract for their own safety. It makes me angry," Mina lamented to the cameras.

Mark didn't think this was the time or place for Jordan to have brought up the prenup, but now he and Mina needed to talk about it.

Mina told Mark that she didn't like his family and she felt disrespected. Mina was apparently expected "much more humane" treatment, and she didn't feel Mark's support either.

Jordan claimed that she felt bad about bringing up the prenup in front of everyone, especially since Mina was so visibly upset.

Mark's mother attempted to comfort Mina and fix the situation, but Mina had no desire to work things out with Jordan, who was allegedly nice to her face but talked trash about her behind her back.

Jordan ended up apologizing to Mina for bringing up the prenup, but Mina wasn't convinced it was genuine.

The conversation put Jordan and Mina in a better place, and the family gathering ended up being fun. But Mina wasn't sure if she should agree to the prenup in case it didn't protect her own interests in future.

SHAWN and ALLIYA

Alliya revealed that she and Shawn had sex the night prior, and the pair shared a sweet kiss.

However, it became increasingly more apparent that Alliya was a germophobe and that Shawn's home was probably never going to be clean enough for her.

While shopping at a sex-toy shop, Alliya wanted Shawn to take an at-home HIV test out of caution because they had an open relationship.

Shawn thought Alliya's mental ideas tended to run wild and it was going to affect their intimacy and how often they could be intimate.

"If we open up the relationship, then there's more fear of STD's, but if she transitions fully, then I feel like I'm losing things that I enjoy," Shawn explained to the cameras.

"We are trying to figure out this thing because I want her to be happy in her life, but I want to be happy in mine too."

Alliya had been thinking that she and Shawn would be monogamous in the United States, but Shawn was only going to be loyal to Alliya if he was satisfied with their sex life.

Alliya asked Shawn if he'd still be attracted to her if she underwent a gender reassignment surgery, and Shawn wasn't sure. Shawn told the cameras that he couldn't predict how he would feel and the idea of Alliya having multiple surgeries was overwhelming for him.

Shawn and Alliya agreed to support each other and keep trying because their love transcended gender, but they were under a 90-day timeline and Shawn had initially fallen in love with a man.

JUAN and JESSICA

Jessica's best friend Megin was heartbroken and devastated after learning Juan had cheated on Jessica.

Since Megin and Jessica were so close, Megin apparently felt like Juan had cheated on her too.

Megin also didn't appreciate the fact Jessica had lied to her, but Jessica admitted that she didn't want to hear Megin's opinions about her relationship.

Jessica tried to patch up her friendship with Megin, but Megin clearly felt betrayed. Megin noted that once a person lost her trust, it would be difficult to get it back.

"It better be the only incident, I'll say that," Megin told the cameras.

Jessica explained how Megin was protective to a fault and she was worried how Megin was going to treat her fiance in the coming days.
