90 Day Fiance: The Other Way featured Laura and Aladin reuniting in Qatar and Jenny Slatten and Sumit suffering through "a blow" of bad news about getting married during Monday night's broadcast on TLC.

Instead of following Americans and their foreign partners dating in the United States and attempting to marry within 90 days like the original 90 Day Fiance series, 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way follows American citizens moving across the globe and living in foreign countries for the sake of love.

90 Day Fiance: The Other Way's Americans will also have to wed within 90 days in order to stay in their new countries. Paul Staehle and Karine Martins, however, were already married at the time of filming.

The latest 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way broadcast featured Laura, a 51-year-old from Eustis, FL, and Aladin, a 29-year-old from Qatar; Jenny, a 60-year-old from Palm Springs, CA, and Sumit, a 30-year-old from New Delhi, India; Tiffany, a 27-year-old from Frederick, MD, and Ronald, a 29-year-old from South Africa; Deavan, a 22-year-old from Salt Lake City, UT, and Jihoon, a 29-year-old from South Korea; and Corey Rathgeber, a 31-year-old from Mill A, WA, and Evelin Villegas, a 26-year-old from Engabao, Ecuador.

Paul and Karine, however, did not make an appearance in this episode.

After arriving in their new countries, the six American cast members will be shown racing a ticking clock and experiencing major culture shocks and challenges -- including winning over their soon-to-be foreign in-laws and trying to plan a wedding.

"Will uprooting their lives in the United States pay off or be the biggest mistake ever?" TLC teases.

Below is the latest on each 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way couple based on Monday night's episode on TLC.

COREY and EVELIN

Corey woke up in Ecuador in the home of Evelin's grandmother, Astenia, because the roof of Evelin's place was being fixed.

Evelin was so happy to have Corey in her native country because she loved hugging and kissing him. Evelin felt Corey's warmth and was so glad to have him near.

The couple then picked out a chicken together to kill and eat, and Corey said the smells of the chicken vendor's building was horrendous.

A woman then chopped a chicken's head off right in front of Corey as he watched, and he called the scene "disgusting" and admitted it made him feel sick to his stomach.

Evelin didn't understand why Corey was "creating such a show." The chicken vendor, Silvia, said the men in Ecuador are braver than Corey, who clearly had "a privileged life" and must adapt to Evelin's culture.

Evelin said Corey embarrassed her in front of the people in her town, and she worried her family might not have the best impression of Corey.

It had been a little over seven months since Corey had seen Evelin's family, so he was a little nervous about the gathering.

Evelin had told Corey that he needed to impress her family if there was going to be any chance of them getting married.

Corey planned to propose to Evelin, but he wasn't so sure she was ready or would say yes. Corey therefore intended to impress her with his Spanish skills and ability to immerse himself into her family and their culture.

Corey then performed some magic tricks for Evelin's family since it was a hobby he enjoyed.

The trick, however, didn't go well, as Evelin's family accused Corey of using "black magic" and being "diabolical." A young girl even thought he was strange.

Corey didn't receive the reactions he was used to. He even worried he had offended them, so the performance crashed, burned and totally backfired.

LAURA and ALADIN

Laura traveled for two days, moving halfway across the world to be with her husband, Aladin. But she was feeling uneasy about the way Aladin had been treating her lately.

Laura said if Aladin knew what was good for him, he'd be at the airport for her arrival.

Once Laura's plane landed, she was excited to see her man, but she also noted they had a lot of things to work out.

Because Laura had sacrificed so much to be with Aladin, she hoped he would make sacrifices for her as well.

The couple then reunited in the airport, and Aladin had a bouquet of roses waiting for his love. Laura felt relaxed upon seeing Aladin again, especially because he seemed so ecstatic about her presence.

Aladin hugged Laura and gave her a little kiss although it was against the law in Qatar. He gushed about how he just couldn't help himself.

Aladin hadn't seen Laura in six months. He said she looked "a little bit different" and had "gained some weight," but he told the cameras that was okay.

Aladin brought his friends to greet Laura as well, but she had been hoping to spend time alone with her husband so they could talk about their previous fight.

Laura had doubts about Aladin's intentions and whether she could trust him, but she said their relationship was real and she just needed "to go for it." In the meantime, Aladin couldn't wait to get "jiggy jiggy."

Laura then moved into Aladin's place, and she clearly wasn't impressed. The kitchen didn't have a stove, and she said the bathroom had an odor of mothballs.

Aladin said Laura was going to live differently in Qatar than what she was used to in the United States.

That night, Laura hoped to take Aladin into "unknown territories" and teach him a few tricks she had up her sleeve in the bedroom.

Laura was excited to make love to Aladin, but she admitted he hadn't been successful in the past with pleasing and satisfying her. Laura needed her husband to meet all of her needs, but she was ready to work on that.

DEAVAN and JIHOON

Jihoon and his parents were in Las Vegas to get to know Deavan better, and she was hoping to receive their blessing so she could marry Jihoon and move to South Korea. However, the trip wasn't going as planned.

Deavan's daughter Drascilla apparently got sick, so her parents picked her up to take care of her.

Deavan, Jihoon and Jihoon's parents then toured Las Vegas, and she was hoping they'd be impressed because it would be her last chance to win them over.

Jihoon's parents took plenty of photos while on a tour bus and appeared to have fun. Jihoon's father said if she moved to Korea, she would miss her family and they would miss her.

But Deavan made Jihoon seem like her priority, and Jihoon's parents slowly warmed up to Deavan.

"I love you. It will be fine," Jihoon told Deavan as his father snapped a picture of them cuddling on a tour bus.

Later on, everyone enjoyed lunch Deavan had brought home for them.

Jihoon then gathered up the courage to ask his parents if they approved of his relationship and eventual marriage despite the surprise pregnancy.

Deavan insisted she loved Jihoon very much, and then his parents said they would be glad to welcome her into the family.

"We had a good time with you," Jihoon's father said. "Don't worry, we like Drascilla."

Deavan was thrilled to receive the blessing, and she finally felt comfortable and good around his family. They all laughed together and seemed happy. Jihoon's father even gave Deavan a hug, and his mother told her, "I love you."

Deavan was finally able to prepare for her move to South Korea and move forward with her life.

TIFFANY and RONALD

Ronald apparently told Tiffany everything about his bachelor party, including the fact he and his friends drank at a bar and a stripper was involved. Ronald said the stripper danced on him naked but he thought about Tiffany the whole time.

Tiffany was clearly angry, but the next morning, she found herself ready to talk things through with Ronald.

Tiffany told her fiance that she wanted him to enjoy his party but she wasn't happy he drank a lot and let a stripper dance all over him.

Tiffany called Ronald's behavior "a slap" in her face, especially since trust was already a problem in their relationship and they were working to rebuild it.

Ronald admitted he was "wrong" but the bash was a one-time thing. It still bothered Tiffany, however, because he had a history of breaking promises and making bad decisions.

"I went through a lot because of that, and I don't want to go through it anymore," Tiffany told him, adding that she worried about him lying to her again.

Tiffany feared Ronald relapsing. They were supposed to get married in five days, but Tiffany said she couldn't move her son to South Africa permanently unless she trusted Ronald 100 percent.

Tiffany always worried he would resort back to his old reckless ways that landed him in rehab for a gambling addiction to begin with.

"I won't let it happen again. You and Daniel are my life," Ronald told Tiffany, before telling the cameras, "If I lose Tiffany, I'll lose everything that I have... my life and my mind."

Tiffany tried to be supportive and didn't want to come across crazy or overprotective, but she begged Ronald not to mess their relationship up and throw it all away.

JENNY and SUMIT

Sumit introduced Jenny to a couple of his friends, and Sumit confessed he was hiding his relationship from his parents.

Sumit didn't want his parents to stop his romance with Jenny, so he thought it would be better to just keep it under wraps for a while.

Sumit's friends, however, told the cameras Sumit should respect Jenny's love and talk to his parents about her given she had left her children and grandchildren behind in America just to be with him.

At dinner, Sumit overheard people at a nearby table in the restaurant talking about Jenny and "not saying nice words." Sumit seemed upset, but Jenny told everyone to stop worrying and caring about what other people had to say.

Sumit tried to ignore the party, but after hearing a guy question how much Jenny was going to drink, he yelled at the table of people for being disrespectful. Sumit said the one guy was just trying to look cool in front of his friends.

"I lose my mind. I will stand up and fight for her every time," Sumit said in a confessional.

Sumit told the people they made India look bad, but Jenny anticipated people would judge them constantly and so she didn't want Sumit to get into fights with people constantly.

Jenny told Sumit to just accept the fact people were going to make fun of them and move on.

Later on, Jenny and Sumit sat down with an immigration lawyer to discuss the marriage process and find out what they needed to do next.

The couple was told they had to apply for marriage under the special marriage act by sending a letter to a registrar, who would issue the notice to "the dwelling place."

Jenny and Sumit therefore had to inform the registrar's office of their permanent address, but that address would be the home of Sumit's parents. The idea of a notice about his marriage getting sent to his parents made Sumit feel scared.

"If they find out, everything is going to get ruined. That was the worst thing I ever heard," Sumit told the cameras.

Jenny then asked the lawyer if Sumit's parents could object to the wedding, but the lawyer basically said they didn't have to worry about that.

"Whether [the marriage] will be afforded or not is depending upon law. Then you have the recourse to the court," the lawyer said.

Jenny took that to mean she'd have to fight to marry Sumit and hire lawyers and whatnot. Jenny knew this process was not going to be cheap, and her heart dropped into her stomach at the idea things may not work out.

"I think we were both shocked," Jenny noted.

Jenny feared Sumit's parents would come storming into their apartment upon receiving the marriage notice and flip out. Sumit told Jenny to keep her faith because he didn't want her to leave him.

Jenny said it was almost impossible to maintain a long-distance relationship for six years but they did it and she considered this news to be a major blow.

Jenny cried to the cameras, unaware of what was to come of her relationship.

"Everyone needs to understand why. We love each other. Nobody can keep us apart. Whatever we need to do, I'll do," Sumit told Jenny as she cried in his arms.
