Singer Lionel Richie says his TV and film star daughter, Nicole, is losing weight due to stress not illness. "She's a nervous wreck," Richie told TV's "Access Hollywood." "She's like her father, you can either blow up or you can shrink away." He blamed pressures of show business for her weight loss and assured the celebrity tabloid show, "Dad is on the case." Richie recently appeared in the feature film, "Kids in America," and released a novel, "The Truth About Diamonds." The R&B protege has repeatedly denied having an eating disorder even though she is much thinner than she was during the last season of Fox TV's "The Simple Life." Fox canceled the show after the third season, but "Simple Life" producers say they plan to go ahead with a fourth season and shop it to other networks.
