Nikki Ferrell was the last girl standing on Season 18 of The Bachelor starring Juan Pablo Galavis when it aired in 2014.
However, he wouldn't even confess his love to the nurse -- even after an appearance on VH1's Couples Therapy -- and they eventually broke up in October 2014 about six months after their finale's March broadcast.
Nikki rebounded to find love with Tyler Vanloo, whom she married in October 2016 in Kansas City.
The pair reportedly split in 2018 but appeared to reconcile by Fall 2019.
