Rickey Smith (born Richard Eugene Smith on May 10, 1979 in Keene, Texas) is an American singer. He attended Southwestern Adventist University, also in Keene.

He was best known as the 8th-place finalist in the second season of American Idol in 2003. His catchphrase on the show involved repeatedly shouting "Hercules!" while clapping his hands.

He received appraise from the judges for his singing voice, but he was seen as dressing older than what he really was. Randy Jackson responded to his image by saying: "just dress younger, dude; You don't want look like your dad".

The last song he performed on the show was a rendition of "Endless Love" by Diana Ross and Lionel Richie during Billboard #1 hits week and finished in eighth place on April 9, 2003.
