Lillian Morris (born April 3, 1952) was a Survivor: Pearl Islands contestant from Cincinnati, Ohio. Along with Burton Roberts, she became the first contestant ever to return to the game after being voted out, having been voted out 3rd. It was later revealed, by Burton, that the three people that voted for her to get back in the game were Nicole, Michelle, and Ryan S. Ryan voted for her because she had befriended him, but Nicole and Michelle both believed that they would not be voted back in so they voted for Lillian hoping she would be sent back, and they would not spend their vacation, that non-jury members go on,with Lillian. This was all revealed by Burton on the Pearl Islands dvd commentary. In Balboa's first Tribal Council, Lillian sided with the Drake Alliance and voted out Andrew. She made it to the Final Two with Sandra Diaz-Twine. She is most remembered for her Boy Scout uniform, her frequent tears, wearing "granny panties", constantly frowning, being easily manipulated, and her poor showing at the final tribal council, where she lost the vote, 6-1.
