Burnell Taylor is an American singer from New Orleans, Louisiana. He is currently a Top 10 finalist on the twelfth season of American Idol.

Early Life

Taylor and his family were survivors of Hurricane Katrina.

American Idol

Taylor auditioned in Baton Rouge, singing "I'm Here". He also performed the same song in the semi-finals, where he was chosen as one of the top five males to advance to the finals.
