Anya Kop (born January 3, 1989 in Saint Petersburg, Russia, but raised in Waipahu, Hawaii), is an American fashion model. Anya was the runner-up on America's Next Top Model, Cycle 10. She attended Waipahu High School in Hawaii. She states in an interview that she will be changing her name to Anya Rozova where Rozova is her Russian surname.

America's Next Top Model

Anya was the runner-up of the 10th cycle of America's Next Top Model. Her bubbly personality and high-fashion appeal were often praised by the judges. She excelled in photo shoots, and won three challenges. She also has the distinction of being the third contestant of the series to never have appeared in the bottom two throughout the competition, first being Joanie Dodds from America's Next Top Model, Cycle 6, and the second being America's Next Top Model, Cycle 8 winner, Jaslene Gonzalez. She also had the highest collective number of first call-outs, along with Joanie Dodds of Cycle 6, having been called out first during panel/elimination five times throughout the competition. During the Covergirl commercial challenge, Anya was praised for her relatable personality, but her print advertisement received mixed reviews. She was chosen to be a finalist in the competion, along with competitor Whitney Thompson, and participated in a Versace fashion show in Rome. However, the judges felt that her runway walk was restrained, and she became runner-up to Whitney Thompson. Anya is the third contestant of Russian lineage to join the show, with the first being Cycle 8's runner-up, Natasha Galkina and second being Cycle 9's Mila Bouzinova. For winning a challenge she appeared in a 7Up advertisement, with an "Au Natural" theme.

Career

Anya was recently on the cover for "Swim In Style 2008" from MidWeek Newspaper, a local newspaper in Hawaii. The images were taken by local fashion photographer Russell Tanoue. Anya attended a CW Upfront party and at the American Image Awards 2008, in New York City along with Fatima Siad and Whitney Thompson.
