He is best known as the frontman of the pop rock band OneRepublic, though he has an independent career as songwriter and producer for various artists such as Baby Bash, Kristinia DeBarge, Adele, Ashley Tisdale, Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé, One Direction, Big Time Rush, B.o.B, Kelly Clarkson, K'naan, Far East Movement, Carrie Underwood, Adam Lambert, Jordin Sparks, Leona Lewis, Gavin DeGraw, David Cook, Demi Lovato, Sebastian Ingrosso, Maroon 5, Gym Class Heroes, T-Pain, The Wanted, Zedd, Paul Oakenfold and Delta Goodrem.
