Gabor, 93, had the operation at California's Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center after falling out of bed during the weekend at her home in Los Angeles' Bel Air neighborhood.
"We're all very relieved," publicist John Blanchette told CNN, adding the Hungarian-born star is expected to remain hospitalized for at least four more days. "Her doctors are happy with the results (of the operation.)"
Gabor's film credits include "Moulin Rouge," "The Story of Three Loves," "The Girl in the Kremlin" and "Touch of Evil."
