He was found inside his home on Broken Sound Parkway in Boca Raton, Fla. No foul play is suspected as officials await the medical examiner's report.
Brooke while speaking with TMZ, says the cause of death is believed to be choking on food.
The professional wrestler noted how McCarver told her he was about to make dinner when the last thing he said to her was, "I love you. Goodbye."
Known as Big Country, McCarver had notably reached eighth place in the 2016 Mr. Olympia competition.
Brooke, real name Ashley Sebera, has also started a GoFundMe page for the Dallas McCarver Foundation, a nonprofit that raises money for underprivileged children.
"We are coming together to provide food, clothing, toiletries, books, and school supplies to those children who otherwise would go without. There are families struggling simply to make ends meet all over this country, and it's our goal in Dallas' honor to make sure that those children and families receive the support they desperately need!" Brooke wrote on the page.
