A man who has England's worst driving record is not to blame for all the points against him, his father says.

John Collins has 75 points on his record but his father, Christopher, says some of the nicks are repeated cases of mistaken identity, London's Daily Telegraph reported.
John Collins, 27, is illiterate, his father said, and being a trader in used vehicles he has trouble completing the proper paperwork and gets blamed for other people's violations.
"He had 27 (points) to start with, then they took some off," Christopher Collins said. "That left him with 15, but they gave him another 60 so that makes 75."
The latest offense, for pulling an oversize trailer, earned him another three points, the newspaper said.
Court officials said Collins might have been able to keep driving despite the offenses because the motor vehicle department didn't receive proper notification.
