A mega-yacht currently being built in Italy boasts seven decks, a helicopter pad and a price tag of 140 million euros, $184 million dollars.

The Sunday Telegraph reported on the record-breaking privately-owned yacht, which will contain 15 staterooms, gold and marble bathroom fittings, Jacuzzis, an enclosed gym and a sun deck as well as jet skis and speed boats.

The 438-foot long vessel is the most expensive private yacht in the world, and is seen as a mark in the growing hobby of mega-yachts among the super wealthy. In the past two decades, billionaires have been competing with these "giga-yachts." The owner of the latest record-breaker is yet to be disclosed.

The Telegraph reported that the mega-yacht is expected to be completed in 2010.
