An employee of P. Diddy's Sean John clothing company claims in a federal lawsuit she was sexually harrassed by a New York co-worker.

Chanel Gaither filed the suit alleging Sloan Macedo repeatedly subjected her to graphic sexual talk and made numerous crude comments about other Sean John employees.

While P. Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, was not named in the suit, Gaither attorney Royce Russell told "Celebrity Justice" the rapper/producer should be held responsible as "captain of the ship."

Combs released a statement saying his clothing and recording companies "have a zero tolerance policy against sexual harassment and have procedures in place to address such claims."
