Jessica Swift, who works at an A&W restaurant in Bracebridge, Ontario, said defendants Brian Coldin, who runs a clothing-optional resort near the city, and John Cropper were nude along with a third man when they ordered food from the drive-through window May 12, 2009, the Toronto Sun reported Tuesday.
"You could see everything," said Swift. "It made me very uncomfortable."
"I could see their private parts flopping back and forth," she said.
Toronto businessman Adam Adamon told the court he was on a picnic with his wife and young children when they stopped at a nearby water park and were confronted by a naked Coldin.
"He was erratic," Adamon said. "He wanted $60 or he wouldn't let us leave ... he was grabbing my camera bag."
Adamon said there were no signs posted to warn visitors of the clothing-optional resort nearby.
