A San Diego man has started a Web site called RottenNeighbor, which allows visitors to vent their frustrations about those who live around them.

Brant Walker said his online project has yielded thousands of posts and more than 250,000 visits since it went live eight weeks ago, the New York Post reported Monday.
"It's going to be a tool for real-estate developers and potential home buyers," Walker said.
"People have the right to know if their neighbors are going to be bad," he said. "Why spend a million dollars and find out the next day you have horrible neighbors and made a bad decision?"
Walker said he was inspired to create the Web site after suffering his own rotten neighbors.
"Their cooking smelled pretty foul," he told the Post.
The site allows users top check for complaints in their own neighborhoods by punching in a Zip code and clicking on the red balloons that mark spots on a map where complaints have been made.
