Victoria Beckham poses nude for Elton John AIDS Foundation

Victoria Beckham appeared in a nude celebrity photo shoot clad only in a Cartier bracelet and her wedding ring, hiding key areas with Jimmy Choo stilettos.

The Elton John AIDS Foundation was to sell the picture of the 31-year-old former Posh Spice at a Wednesday auction to benefit female AIDS sufferers.

Beckham's photo is among 44 of "the world's most beautiful" women featured in the foundation's fund-raising book "4 Inches."

While the publishers called the pictures are art, London Daily Mail art critic and British Art Journal Editor Robin Simon called Beckham's photo "titillating totty snap" and "anything but posh."

Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell and supermodels Elle MacPherson and Kate Moss also posed nude for the AIDS-fighting fund-raiser.
