Val Chmerkovskiy is currently competing on Season 23 of Dancing with the Stars.

Born Valentin Aleksandrovich Chmerkovskiy, the 30-year-old professional dancer and choreographer joined DWTS in Season 13 as a pro partner.

Val stands six feet tall and is the little brother of Maksim Chmerkovskiy. He won Dancing with the Stars' twentieth-season mirrorball trophy with actress Rumer Willis, a feat the competitive pro had anxiously been waiting to accomplish.
